      ** *** *** **** ******** THEY DENY YOU IF ANYONE EVEN PREVIOUSLY BEFORE YOU HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AT THE SAME ADDRESS NO MATTER THE TIME FRAME. Got approved they even took money out of my bank account didn’t even call me to tell me it was cancelled I had to call them and I called because I was suppose to receive a call and no one called and I got no tracking number to be told that because some one else at this address had a account I’m not allowed to be approved because of company policy. I live with my 5 year old in a basement suite. So unless my 5 year old has an account why am I being denied for some one else’s problem. Also so far have not received said refund from this company yet either. So just a warning if anyone has had an account previously at your address or even a family member which I have stated in a email they will deny you.

      Even with me giving u proof that person doesn’t reside here you guys still told me I was approved and then with out a phone call or even a email denied me because of some one elses mistakes who don’t even live here and never lived in the same suite as me. Again if some one lived in an apartment building and some one in that building faulted would it be the fault of the person applying? Would u not lend to them too?

      They sent me a defective product and they said they were not responsible for it
      *** * *** ******* and to contact the manufacturer
      It did not work right out of the box
      This is the last time I will ever buy from them
      Please be advised they don't care if they send you garbage it's not their fault unless you pay the extra money for their extra warranty period

      Item is worth 799 real price is only 500+ in other market. Then they charge me for the whole payment 1200+. Not anymore!

      Employees are **** ************* *** **** *** completely not understanding of one situations in life, I had one very helpful lady who helped me get everything in Line in less than 12 hours, it took me 4 phone calls and two weeks with the male employees I spoke with who were very **** *** unhelpful I. Helping me get the products I wanted, if I were to order again I would request the one employee deal with me *** * ******** ******* ******* **** *** **** ********* ** *** ** *** **** * ***** **** **** **** **** *** **************

      Order placed on 12/13 was told that day and 12/14 when I spoke to another rep that my item would for sure ship on 12/16. They **** for days after that then gave me a excuse on 12/18 that it was my fault because I placed the order on 12/16 which is just a complete *** I have the emails and the call recordings. They **** to me to make a sale. **** **** **** **** ** **** ***** ****** ** *** **** ****** ******** ** *** ******** They take no accountability and have absolutely no respect of a customer that has spent alot of repeat business. If you can't meet a deadline don't promise it.

      ***** ******* ***** They literally make you jump through hoops, sign all the contracts, pay them money, and then the verification department declines your application two or three days later for no real reason. Rather than waste everyone's time, it's a blessing in disguise because you're paying two to three times what the item is worth, without even including financing fees.

      ******* * ******* ** ******* They had known since Monday that they had issues fulfilling the order and had **** to me for days. I wouldn't be upset if people could just tell the truth when you spend thousands with them.
      I was told by multiple reps my order would ship on 12/16 and here we are 4 days after and I just keep getting told it will ship the next day. * **** * *** **** *** ******** ** order something they couldn't actually commit to so they could make the sale. I get December is a busy time of year for shipping but if you can't meet a deadline don't say you can.

      ******* **** ** *** ****. Shipping is very complicated and not from reputable companies. I ordered almost three weeks before Christmas and was told my the sales rep (Bob) that I would definitely get my items before Christmas. That was not true. Bad customer service. Bad sales tactics. Would not recommend.

      First purchase made for Christmas and got the package with empty boxes. Now I won't have it for Christmas and I'm getting charged. Really ****** in my opinion will NOT recommend.
