      It is my strong opinion that MDG needs to open a warehouse or another facility in the west portion of the country. The logistics of shipping things from Ontario out west is a nightmare. And on the shipping companies they use they could definitely improve as well. As a returning customer now 3x you would really think the interest rates they offer would have also improved for the customers. It did not. I’m not happy with the company and this will be my last purchase with them. I will be going with someone local next time. * ***** ********** *** ******* ***** ** ******** **** **** **** *** ******* ******. I hope they finally decide to change things for the better

Unfortunately, we don't have our own delivery service therefore we use a third party delivery companies for shipping. You can always pay off your balance earlier as MDG offers fully open term contract. You can increase your minimum payments, put an extra money upon your balance or pay off the contract earlier, without any penalties or fees. That's how you will save on the Interest.       ***** *** ** *** ******* **** **** ***** *** **** *** *****! I went through them and I have been paying for a long time and they never gave me available credit after each payment. They are just taking my money and putting it in their own pockets!! ***** ** ******** **** **** ****** *** **** ** *** ****** ******* Lesson learned.

Please be advised that every time you make a payment the credit available goes up, every time the fee is added it goes down for that amount. If you do have a past due on the Account or a missed payment(s), you don't have credit available until you make an arrangements.

      Horrible bought the 3 year extended warranty and got nowhere my computer never worked from day one and still doesn't work made several calls to them and still nothing

      the final experience i just had with MDG is the LAST AND FINAL EVER. before they were great and now this last order was beyond horrible and i mean HORRIBLE. the guy on phone was no help just kept adding more and more to my order making it sound cheap and good and came out much more then even the credit i had. so after i finish my last order MDG IS DONEEEEE.       ******** ***** * These people take payment before ever approving or sending out products . Claiming my address isn't good.. still took payments from my account ... ******** ****! Will be filing with the bank also!

      Thank you for your feedback, *****! Unfortunately, you were unable to provide a proof of address showing the apartment noted in the application. Down payment is required before shipping due to security reasons. That's how we will confirm that you are the owner of a bank account provided and that no one else is pretending to be you. The order cancellation has been requested on the same day when the down payment was scheduled. It was too late to stop the payment since the payment has already been exported to the bank. It takes 5 business days for the payment to clear on our side so we can post the refund. The refund was posted for December 12, 2022.

      Falsely lead you in with saying you don't have to have perfect credit. Then they give you an approval amount and say start shopping. You take the time to set up everything to look at their merchandise and pick something you need out and hen they tell you what your payment will be and ask whats the date we should withdraw payments,here's the clincher. They start wanting all your bank information, payroll stubs, proof of address and copy of your license. They come back saying you aren't approved. Now I have to wait and see if anything happens to my checking account because the bank can't stop or flag anything unless they do. This company knows when, where and how much I get paid.

      Thank you for your feedback, ******! When applying for financing with MDG you are pre-approved for a certain credit amount. It is a system approval based on the information provided in the Application and it's determined by personal credit rating. All orders placed must obtain preapproval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. That's why we required additional verifications and information before accepting your order. Unfortunately, you are not approved for financing at this time but you can re-apply again after 3 months.

      Don't bother paying for the warranty, they put it on your invoice as the delivery charge. And wont answer any emails or call you back when your item breaks.

      Thank you for your feedback, ********! All the items are covered with 1 year manufacturer's warranty. You have the option to purchase 2 or 3 Year MDG Extended Protection Plan, and that will be clearly listed on the Order Summary by its name. The Order Summary shows Shipping and Handling and Scheduled Delivery charge listed for the particular item, with no MDG Extended Protected Plan selected at all. Warranty and the delivery charge are two different categories and those cannot be mixed up.

      Purchased a 14 ft trampoline June 26th - was lost in the mail after waiting and waiting July 20th finally came around and a new trampoline was sent out after having to complain to their supplier, doing their work for them. Was offered a discount on a product from their warehouse which i was told I would have in a few days. Shipped by Day and Ross, MDG did not give our information sat in their warehouse until I again contacted their supplier. Was told i would have to wait another week. Meanwhile Aug 3rd trampoline showed up with no safety net, padding to cover springs. I am beyond livid and going after legal action. After default on their contract, terrible communication, being told to wait while having to do their job. I will be taking this right to the CEO Samantha about heavy repercussions while filing an complaint with BBB and Ombudsman. I refuse to deal with the constant mistakes that I have endured with this company. I have 6 kids and promised them a trampoline for their good grades at the end of the school. Its now Aug 4th and I have no fee sable trampoline, everyone has played pass the buck and MDG wants to blame everyone but themselves. I have never had such a headache at this point its almost laughable about how they are they are handing the situation its almost laughable.
