      * ****** **** ***** ** *** **** ****** This has been cancelled since their website is not upadated and I was told that they don’t have the item available anymore. So that is fine with me, nothing I can do. Since my order was cancelled, I should get my credit limit back, correct? But no! It has been almost 2 months now that I have been messaging them to give me back my credit limit because I want to get another item. Talk to them and they will refer you to call this ******* number which they call as the “sales department **** **** because no matter how many times you call them, they will not do anything about it. Worst customer service ever!

      After dealing with these folk for almost a week I cancelled my order and am still waiting my refund. I applied. They replied with an approval of 3200. I ordered a windows 10 laptop for half that amount, then the nightmare. They wanted access to my bank through an app that wanted my sign in info. Did that though I was uncomfortable. Not good enough. NOW they wanted a copy of my last month statement and drivers license. Not good enough. Next they wanted a copy pf my last bank statement, then proof the first payment had been paid. I sent it. Next they asked for proof it cleared despite seeing it was already taken from my account on hold. Once moved from hold I called again. Now they wanted me to send ANOTHER bank statement proving that. I did. Then I was told that as I had asked for a refund if they couldn't get it out this week I had to start the process again. To add to that the sales person was rude. Talking over me, not listening, telling me that he had explained the process 3 time already and they had so many clients that basically I needed to shut up and wait. I wasted almost a week with these people. When I got fed up and cancelled they offered a discount but not before I gave them a contact number to basically confirm I was legit .I would have to wait until at least Monday to get it shipped after that and after confirming payment again!!! Add to that **** *** ************* ***** ****** *** ***** *** **** ** ***** ******* *** **** *** ***** ** *** ** ** *** **** ** ****** *** a multi layered process that takes about a week AFTER you've been approved; I wasted valuable time and endured a lot of frustration and finally ordered from ******. In my opinion even buying from ****** would beat buying from these folks. I feel stupid as now they have my bank info, license, next of kin etc. TOO intrusive.

      I've been paying for a $1,600 for over a year and a half asked how can I pay off remainder thinking I'm near done the told me I owed $1,695 I was livid. I'm never paying them another cent when I did the loan they verbally told me I would be done paying it in 13 months it's has been 18 months now and I owe more than original price! Sue me cause I'm done!

      I have never had a problem with MDG. Every time I have purchased something everything has gone perfectly. 6+ purchases and always paid more than they ask and speeds up paying it off. If you cannot afford buying an expensive piece of equipment or furniture this is always an option.

      I just bought a ******** ******* *** phone which came with FREE *** ****** 2 cameras. When I had called them to see why I was charged 1649.00 the site said 1099.00 for non-members and 799.00 for members she had said it was the combo package [phone & cameras} I told the cameras were free and she said they wasn't I have it on my order which says free, they want me to send cameras back and they would credit my account 100.00 and see if they can charge me 1099.00 for the phone. ***** ****** *** * *****

      They have a club membership that is snuck in with sales. Called in on October to have the 8.95 membership fee canceled, and refunded. The customer service agent said that he could not refund the amount, but will cancel the membership. Come November Pending ORIG CO NAME:MDG USA Inc. CO ENTRY -$8.95 on my debit card statement. Despicable business practice that gets pushed on consumers. With a lack in honesty. I'm assuming because of commissioned based sales, instead of "at will" Hourly with performance reviews by the public. Never financing with this company again.

What happens is, that when the Account is paid for in full the monthly charge for MDG Purchase Benefits Club Subscription is still applied, therefore a balance/payment is still processed until a new order is invoiced and then the monthly charges are transferred to the new order, or until the Club Subscription is cancelled.
