Francis swapped out our aging furnace and AC unit for a new furnace and heat pump in August 2024. Three technicians completed the removal and installation over the course of one day. The crew were great they showed up on time, protected our flooring and stairs with suitable runners, were knowledgeable about the equipment and the required work, effectively explained the new systems, performed nice and tidy work, and cleaned up after themselves. I would also like to mention the sales **** who did a phenomenal job at explaining our options when we chose our new systems. There were no pushy sales tactics and we felt we were getting honest advice. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Francis to others.Francis Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Francis plumbing and heating installed a new heat pump, thermostat and air filtration system for me. From the sales agent to the installers, they gave outstanding advice and service. In addition, the installers (*** and *******) fixed a code violation (long story but be mindful of Enercare). Something that needed to be addressed in a most expeditious manner. We had an ** installed in Jun 2024. *** was our installer. Both him and his apprentice were very professional, answered my questions and concerns and they left the premises clean after the install. Work was done in a timely manner in my opinion. We have an older home so some of the piping had to be rerouted and he did that in an efficient way. The ** works great. We had a conversion from an oil furnace and hot water tank to a heat pump and electric water heater. A massive undertaking. We also needed an electrical panel upgrade to power the upgrades. The installation went smoothly over a bit over two days. Watching the teams coordinating their efforts to create a smooth and quick installation was comforting. All had been planned to create the least amount of disruption possible. The team was polite and quite professional. After the installation, the work areas were cleaned. We recently called on Francis Fuels to talk to us about heat pumps vs air conditioners and a visit was quickly set up and **** explained how they worked, the benefits of each, the different costs and answered all our questions. We decided on the heat pump and 2 days later *** arrived early followed by **** and ****. Examinations and evaluations were quickly made by these obviously experienced employees and they promptly decided what tasks needed to be done and by whom. Our house is ***************************************************** situ is old and the outside ground was on a slope. They had to persist to overcome some challenges including some sheet metal work and the final result was excellent. They tested the system and after a full 8 hours of work they reviewed every step and ensured everything was stable, in its correct place and working as it should. They showed great patience and demonstrated to us how it functioned and what we could expect, providing us with assurance of functionality to cool and heat. They also provided us with a phone number to use if we have any questions or an operational issue we needed help with. We are very satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge and experience.
