5 stars******* Plumbing ******************************************* recently installed a ********* cold climate heat pump for heating and cooling our home. Technicians *** and ******* did a great job, completing the job in a thorough and timely manner, in spite of the challenges that our finished basement presented. They explained things to us and answered all of our questions in a pleasant and professional manner. The new heat pump has been working well. We are very pleased with this installation by *******, which was done to the high standard that the company has displayed in previous jobs that they have done for us.Review fromSusan B

5 starsMy hot water tank was leaking! I called Francis Plumbing and Heating and *** was here within an hour! I have a crawl space basement and a proper size tank had to be found. A tank was located and the next morning April and **** arrived to install it. They were very efficient and were done within 2 1/2 hours. I thoroughly recommend.Review fromyu R

In 2014 we had Francis install a tankless water heater. We continued to use their services for the annual maintenance of our water heater and furnace. When it came time to replace the furnace and A/C with a furnace and heat pump we of course turned to them. The salesperson was very helpful in explaining the options for both the equipment and the rebate program. The installation of the equipment by the 4 technicians was very efficient and they were in and out in a day, leaving everything neat and clean when they left. The time from our initial enquiry to completion of the work was less than a week. We would have no hesitation in giving them our highest recommendation.Francis Plumbing Heating & Cooling

5 starsI recently had a heat pump installed by Francis Plumbing and Heating. *** and ************ did a fantastic job! They were very professional, considerate and helpful, and really went the extra mile to position the pump where I asked (which was not easy), and made sure that my very small back yard looked great afterwards.I have done business with Francis Plumbing and Heating for a number of years now (new furnace, water heater, HRV, toilets) and have always been pleased with their work and attention to customer satisfaction. 5 starsWe recently were in the market for a new water heater to replace an old and starting to leak tanked heater. We also were interested in changing to a tankless gas water heater. We contacted several local family run business for quotes. Francis was super quick in responding and **** was out that afternoon to provide a quote. He was very friendly and responsive to follow-up questions. We decided to go with Francis for the install of a tankless unit. Again booking the swap out and install was quick and easy and Francis was able to accommodate us next day! *** and *** arrived promptly at the start of the service window to perform the install. After an initial site survey and discussion with me they set to work removing the old tank, preparing the install location, installing two new ventilation runs, electrics and condensate pump, adjusting the gas line etc. They left the site clean, were very friendly and obviously were very knowledgeable about water heaters including tankless. We were so impressed with the service that we also arranged for annual servicing for all our gas appliances (furnace and 2 fireplaces) and AC from Francis. Again they were able to schedule us in quite quickly (perhaps due to fact we were in the start of the shoulder season?). ****** arrived at the start of the service window and after an initial discussion and identification of where the units were set to work. He spent close to an hour servicing, cleaning and inspecting each unit. (previous techs we had from other companies spent maybe 30 minutes on each and many wouldn't touch the fireplaces). I received a detailed report and photos via email after he finished each unit. He also gave me advice and suggestions for potential problems. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also want to acknowledge the wonderful people who answered the phone and did the scheduling, all super friendly. Will be planning to get future servicing from Francis Plumbing and Heating.Review fromdean e

5 starsThank you very much for the excellent customer service and care. **** was great at coming in, assessing our situation, and setting us up with the hot water heater that was best for our family's needs. The installation technicians, ****** and ***, came in same day and were as professional as can be. They communicated well, were respectful of our space, and did an incredible job on the installation. I would give 6 stars if I could
