      I have bought 2 Motorcycles from Venom Motorsports. The X22 and the X22R **** The first one I bought last ************** I had an issue, I was met with professionalism and timely assistance. I have been working with ***** in ordering parts, getting specs, etc. ***** is by far the greatest company man I have ever came across. He has provided me answers for everything I have asked, even when I ask a question that does not pertain to a venom part. Because of the quality service, I have creating a ******* page dedicated to the bikes that I purchase from them and provide my honest opinions, reviews and so forth. The bikes and parts are from ***** and do sometimes have issues. But you have to remember, YOU are responsible for the care and maintenance of these bikes. If you take care of them, you wont have anything to worry about. The X22R *** is very high quality and before I purchased it, ***** A provided me information, what could possibly be done to the bike and also assisted with the payments I made. I honestly made a new friend and will continue to be loyal to Venom for all my motorcycle needs. Again, the X22 did have issues around September of last year, but I was able to get parts shipped to me from Venom, videos with very details descriptions on how to fix said issues and more.       ***** & the support team at Venom Motorsports were extremely helpful and always responsive. my headlight got damaged in shipping and they not only did everything to remedy but also sent me a new tail light when I broke that. The sportster that I purchased is definitely worth the money I paid for it and I've loved my time riding it so far!

      I bought a motorcycle from Venom MotorSports to learn how to ride one a few months ago. It was an amazing motorcycle. I have respect for them and how kind they are when it comes to customer service. They respond fast and Ive always been able to receive help when needed. Defiantly a 5 out of 5 company. Keep up the good work.

      The people at venom are beyond great to deal with. We purchased a Venom Grizzly 125 about 2 years ago and still, to this day, the customer service has been excellent !!

      I am extremely happy with the quality of the **** w ATV. I will be definitely buying a larger ATV for my son once he out grows the **** watt model. I'm very happy with the customer service that we received and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

      ************** Was my customer service rep and was wonderful to deal with, fast reply times, discounts straight forward, and very friendly. Overall the company has been pretty great to deal with despite a few hiccups at the start. Great service!

      I reached out to Venom Motorsports after loosing my bikes title in a house fire. ***** is who assisted me, they were great! They were friendly and speedy at finding a solution to my situation. I appreciate the help they were able to provide very much!

      AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ??I believe no other companies can provide with such great customer service, team is soo friendly and responds immediately, i spoke to the customer service person MOODIE he was excellent in communicating as well as assisting. Thank you ****** for all your help.
