5 starsToday was an amazing day to deal with the Venom Motorsports Company! I have recently purchased a Venom Thunder 125 from a private sale but the owner couldnt find the ownership papers. I emailed the non Motorsport about this issue and in less then 24 hours I received an email back from *****! She was an amazing person to deal with and very prompt! After a confirmation from the previous owner ***** had everything sorted out! And the paperwork will be in the mail! Amazing person to deal with and Love this company.Review fromBrandon A

I have been fighting with their customer support team for almost 3 weeks now and have not really gotten and answers, they just want more and more videos, for parts when mechanic have said there is major damage in the motor, since the motor was out of timing which caused the motor to become totaled and locked up and they refuse just to replace the motor I've spent already $2400 on the Labor having the motor this assembled for their requests just to get nowhere.
