      I have had my bike for a few months now and the tech support has been great with this company. They have fast response times and fix issues you have, no questions asked. ***** helped me get a new title for my bike and was very understanding.

      This company advertised and provided me with a great product. I bought a bike for my son to give him a starter bike to just get around the city and its doing just that. I had it for a year now with no problems and the installation was fast it was only a few pieces and the video they provided on how to set up was easy to follow. As a woman who dont kno anything about fixing or putting together I killed it.

      *********** Sports sales team is very professional. My problem comes from their customer support team.I bought a motorcycle from ***********sports and paid $300 extra to have the motorcycle filled with fluids tested and shipped me completely built on a pallet. The salesman told me that all I needed to do was add gasoline and go.When the motorcycle arrived one month later, the fairing that had the foot Peg molded into it had broken. The handlebars were not tightened and had shifted during shipping and several of the bolts I had to tighten myself. There were large grooves cut in the oil reserve on the handbrake and the handbrake itself was bent. There was also no radiator fluid in the motorcycle.I contacted their customer support team and the lady was very friendly and polite. In my opinion she did a great job. However the problem was not her but her management team which approves the replacement parts. After a month of going back and forth they would only reimburse me $50 instead of the $300 extra I spent and 10 days later when the replacement parts arrived the main fairing which they had plenty of pictures of was missing. It will be another 20 days or more before I receive the fairing if they decide to send it because they had me sign an e-signature stating that what they were going to send me was correct which actually had the fairing on that list. It goes to show you when you order something like a motorcycle you should only purchase one from a reputable well-known company. ***********sports has proven to not be reputable at all. All I can say good about the motorcycle is that it sounds like it runs good. Other reviews of the motorcycle itself show that it is durable and well made so really the problem is only with their customer service department.I suggest buying one only if you can pick it up in person from them

      This company is awesome to use if youre in the market for scooter/motorcycle/etc. Communication with them is quick, easy and reliable. *** has been super on point with calling me and emailing back in a timely manner with any questions or concerns Ive had. 10/10 experience so far and will definitely be recommending this company to anyone I know thats in the market for their own vehicle. I love my Venom x19, thank you *** and the Venom Motorsports Team! :-)
