      I recently purchased a Lifan XPect from Venom. My bike arrived quickly and crate was in good shape. Before purchasing I called several of their competitors to gauge customer service levels and found that ******************** was the only company that answered the phone with a knowledgeable rep that I could easily communicate with. After assembling the bike I found a couple broken body panels. I emailed them Sunday and by Monday morning ***** from customer service called me to sort out getting them replaced. Im impressed with customer service and very happy with the quality of my Lifan. I will be purchasing another one soon!

      The sales person named ***** was great. I bought a kpx 250. It had some damage to the fairings during the shipping. I called right away about the damage. ***** dealt with the process. It was easy. The replacement parts were indeed shipped out in about a week. The motorcycle is perfect now. ***** was great with communication through emails and phone calls to ensure everything would be taken care of. It was. I am happy everything turned out well. Venom Motorsports has a great team there if you happen to need it.
