      I placed an online Order on July 12 / 2023 with Giant Tiger. ***** *** *********** All items were in stock. Estimated arrival time was Monday, July 17 / 2023.
      Since then I have not received any shipping update. Order has not arrived. E mails to Giant Tiger went unanswered as was phone message. Nobody even picks up the phone during their hours, ever!
      This is the only company I ever had problems with receiving an online order. Customer service is non-existent.

      I ordered an item on Giant Tiger last Wednesday, July 12 and received an order confirmation email listing my purchase and the delivery date which is Tuesday, July 18. To this date, I have not received any new email with a tracking link. I have went on the Giant Tiger website and clicked to track my order, it says “unfulfilled”. My order should be fulfilled and should be shipped out by today so that it can be delivered tomorrow, but that has not happened.

      I filled out Giant Tiger’s customer service form twice, and have not received a response, I requested in that form that they let me the know what’s going on with my order or refund the entire order.

      I also called their customer service phone twice within their business hours, no answer!

      Please help me!

      I’m pretty sure this is not the store you would ever shop at next time :(

      I would like to inform you that the complaint I filed on July 17, 2023, has been resolved by direct contact with Giant Tiger Stores Limited.

      Yesterday, Giant Tiger's customer service team reached out to me regarding issues with delivery of my order, and I requested a refund of my entire order because I did not want to wait too long for my delayed delivery. They sent out an email to their warehouse to process the cancellation of my order and a refund.

      Today, I received a confirmation email that my order has been cancelled and that I have received a full refund of my order.

      There is no further action required from me or Giant Tiger, as the problem has been solved. I decided to order this specific item from another store instead.

      I have been dealing with giant Tiger since I received an online parcel in may. There was damage to some dishes which I reported ,,,,their request was to send pictures of box shipping copies, picture of damaged plate since then it has been ridiculous of there request I have sent 30 emails usually they won’t get back to you so you have no contacts again they are saying they did not receive pictures and this has gone on so long I find it very troubling. Please help

      I ordered from giant tiger and the tracking hasn’t been updated in over a week and I have called the customer service repeatedly for the last couple of days and no one ever answers. They took the money but have not shipped the items and won’t answer the phone.

      Ordered a jacket on March 24th. Email stated delivery would be estimated March 28. Did not arrive. Followed the tracking information, it hasn’t moved in 3 days. Complained to the Giant Tiger customer care, got standard scripted answers. Complained again and they offered me a ‘goodwill’ of 5$. Not the point. Why give such ridiculous estimates.

      I ordered 3 item on January 5 and it was supposed to be delivered January 12th and it is still sitting in the warehouse and was never delivered and nobody will answer the phone

      I received my online order on Jan 13th. The one item a mirror was broken as I knew from the sound upon opening. I have called the giant tiger customer service line 10 times and its always not answered no matter what time of day. I have left messages as well as filling out the online form 3 times requesting my return label. Not one response.

      I placed an order November 30th in the amount of $104.14.

      I shopped today at the Moncton Mapleton Road store. There were two additional items I had wanted to buy…..the 97 cent carrots and the Holiday Coffee. Both were in flyer this week. I asked the folks working in each department if more was available in store…unfortunately no. They both said “ but ask for a rain check when you check out”. When I checked out I was informed that neither qualified for a raincheck….the carrots because they were grocery and the coffee because it was a specialty of the season. I only wish to bring this to someone’s attention….please educate staff on correct policy (of which I have no idea who was right). I paid for the purchases I made and did not confront staff on what the policy really is. Please advise who was correct….the stocking staff or the checkout staff.       I received an online order #********** from Giant Tiger Canada on December 1st. Most of the items are not up to standard as they are very poor quality. I have sent 3 emails and left 3 phone messages since Dec 2nd and have not had anyone contact me back. Today is December 6th and I need a return shipping label in order to return these items.
