      - Snowbusters' driver damaged a fence post during a snow removal run.
      - Sent email on April 1, 2022 to report damage, after my follow up email on April 14, ****** ******* *** apologized for missing original email and that she has completed a work order to have fence post repaired.
      - Sent 3 more follow up emails on May 1, May 14 and May 31. *** responded on June 2 with the following:
      My apologies, I just got back.

      We typically outsource all repairs as we hire individuals with the proper experience to make the repairs. However it seems we did not expect the repairs to be taking this long. Most are swamped with work and so I will be following up with in the next week in order to track the progress and or cancel and set up something else to take care of this. I will update you once I get the answer.

      - June 15 followed up again as did not get an update on when work will be dispatched.
      - August 8, 2022, fence post is still not repaired, and the integrity of the fence is compromised
