    I am not liable with this debt with ***** ****, furthermore, i do not have a contract with Financial Debt Recovery Ltd,. Neither of these 2 institutions have provided me with the original contract i requested.

    I will no longer need to work on this file.  I went directly to ******* myself with all documentation as evidence and ******* was professional to remove these ***** ******* and ********** collections from my account.   Basically they solved this problem.  *** ** *** *** * ** **** ****** *** *** ***** ***** ***** **** **** ** ***** ** ******* *** **** *** **********   Because they can't.    So I will no longer need you to pursue this file

    I can control what FDR Ltd. and associated companies can do, however, once again, I cannot control other companies' actions.

    As I have said in previous emails I find that their calls are ********* and disruptive to my life.
    The history of this file is clear. The commitment of the company not to call was also clear.

    Finacial Debit Recovery Ltd. has sent a claim from **** ** ******* to collections from a date that was posted 32 years ago (1991). Ticket #******************* on May 4, 2023 for the amount of $66 now accumualted to $82.00 without notice. There is a statue of limitation as to when they can collect under ******* of the POA and are in violation. Ontario statute of limitations has its term set after 2 years which is well beyond, I would like them to remove this from collection and remove it from my credit history.

    This company keeps calling over 10 times everyday wanting to talk to an employee despite having their personal number. It is taking up the phone lines with valid customer calls and have continued to call after management, reception and the person they are trying to reach. This is getting out of control and is taking up to much of the companies time, this NEEDS TO STOP!

    I keep getting calls every day from FDR. When I answer, it’s an automated recording but the name of the person they’re looking to speak with is always blank. I do not have any debts. If they need to speak to me about something specific to me, they need to call with a real person and leave a message with real information.

    I am constantly getting automated calls from FDR Ltd but I have no bad credit (gold credit status) and believe they are trying to get a hold of another person whom I have no contact with and feel this is harassment and want them to cease calling me immediately.

    I am not liable for this debt with Financial Debt Recovery. I do not have a contract with Financial Debt Recovery, and they did not provide with with an original contract as I requested.

    Of the many repeated phone call s I have received from this company I have repeatedly asked for the original contract and have not once had my request acknowledged in any way, despite the company having my home address and email address. I have no contract with this company and am not liable for any suggestion that I do. I want this removed immediately.

    Fdr continues to ****** me for a debt that has been included in my bankruptcy, I have emailed Maggi S. to advise her or him of this. My trustee has sent over all révélant information. This collection agency continues to ****** me over email on top of constantly calling my old number that no longer belongs to me; causing the current owner to get annoyed and mad at me.

    A complaint has been filed with the office of the superintendent of bankruptcy and they have advised me to filed a complaint here as well and to contact the policy to file a ********** report. Before any of these actions, the below contacts were emailed directly by myself to let them know of the ongoing ********** and violation of bankruptcy laws in multiple occasions.

    I have been receiving calls at my phone number, ************, which I have had since approximately June of 2015. It was previously used by ******* ******* ****) I believe, as I have been getting phone calls regarding her past debts, and now, apparently, current ones. I have advised a number of people who I was able to talk to on answering the calls about the issue that I am not and never have been ******* *******, and we do not know her or where she lives. Now we are getting calls from FDR (Financial Debt Recovery on a daily basis, but they do not allow us to pick up and answer as the phone does not ring nor allow return calls. Since we do not owe anyone any outstanding debts, other than **** *** ******* ***** ******** ************ ***** *** **** ** * ******* ****** we would like the calls to stop, as we cannot help with locating dear *******.

I am going back and forth but no one is willing to fix this issue.
