      After an insurance claim for water damage, we deposited a check that was payable to myself and my wife. It was endorsed by both of ** and deposited to my account.It went in then blackout of the account. ****************** forced ** to make it a joint account. No problem.,Check was placed in a warehouse? Not returned no contact. Now after close to 4 weeks and multiple contacts funds still not there?Told it may be another 3 or 4 days followed by a 4 day hold?Not happy but a better explanation would be nice!

      Had a wonderful customer service experience yesterday and today with their representatives Dwayne and Sara. They were a delight to work with and were quick in helping me out with a complicated and frankly convoluted request. They went above and beyond to help me get it fixed the same day, which I didn't think would be possible but they proved me wrong! I'm glad I chose Simplii financial as their customer service is outstanding and their representatives are nothing but kind and hard workers.

      Mortgage specialist John Paul N. was incredible to work with! He was always quick to respond through email or phone calls. I was able to accomplish what I had hoped to do within a very quick turnaround time. I will definitely continue to use Simplii Financial as the service is beyond spectacular!

      Quan ( ** ****** ****** ) *** ***** **** *** could not help with a simple thing *** *** ************* ** *** Was on the line with him for over 45 mins
      Absolutely horrible experience, ** ****** ********* ** * ******** ******* ************** *********  I cut the call, and called again and the next support person that answered was able to help me in 5 mins.

      I’ve been a customer since it was pc financial. This loyalty means nothing to this company. Over a five year term I applied for 3 different products with no one reaching out from the company; letter, email, phone. So due to a non service on their end I waited. When I ask for answers they tell me it was denied but my credit score was in the 700s (also doesn’t excuse the fact no one contacted me to let me know it was approved or denied) I call one other financial institution they let me know I have two profiles and immediately I’m approved for their products. ** *** ******* *********** ** *** ******* ****** ********* ************ ****** *** **. As a consumer with this institution you’re doing them a service not the other way around.

      ****** ** ******* * * I deposited 2 checks , and they hold them for 3 weeks ! I called them several times, they refused to release my money! And till now it's still not available to withdraw! I don't know how long do I have to wait . I NEVER EVER use Simplii again ! ! * ****** ******** * *

      In December my credit card was compromised and $200 was stolen. It’s now March, and I still don’t have my money back. I’ve called and spoken to over 20 different people, who all kept telling me “it’s still under investigation” and they couldn’t give me more information. I was transferred over and over to different departments, each telling me they were the wrong department and they’d have to transfer me again. I’ve been hung up on multiple times by agents. still, no one would give me any information about my money. Finally, I managed to speak to a supervisor who told me that the money WAS refunded to me, back in December, but it was accidentally sent to the old card rather than my new card. I don’t know how or why that happened, or why none of the 20+ people I spoke to caught that mistake. Why did they keep saying it was still under investigation then? He assured me that he would personally make sure the money was transferred from the old card to the new one. Well, it has now been over a week and I still do not have my money back! I tried to do a live chat this morning with them and the agent told me if the money went to the old card it would’ve automatically appeared on my new card. When I said it didn’t, that I still do not have it, he ended the chat without helping me, without warning, while I was still typing out a second message. I had to call in, in tears, to speak to someone on the phone. That person gave me a bunch of clearly fake apologies and confirmed that the money is still just sitting on my old card, unusable. Supposedly, they will “personally make sure” I get the money back today. We’ll see.
      I should not have to fight for 3 months to get my money back when it was stolen!! I should not have to beg for the customer service team to help me!! I should not be hung up on or brushed off! They should not be transferring me repeatedly to the wrong team!! I was a victim, and the way I have been treated by the “customer service” people has been appalling!!

      ***** ***** ** ** ****** ***** **** **** I was try to apply a new account, it then asked me to email two IDs photos in email. I did, then they sent me another email asked to email back 3 IDs, what a joke:
      Date of Birth on ID doesn't match application information Please provide all three acceptable IDs.

      I have been banking with ** ********* turn Simplii for 20 years and, I’m done.
      I asked for a LOC increase for a home renovation. I was told this would take 2-3 days. I didn’t hear anything back, when I called I was told some information was missing. I have them this information. I was told 2-3 days. Nothing. I rearranged my money and solved my issue with me needing funds. 2-3 weeks later I asked for an update. They said they weee missing information. I asked if the credit check hasn’t been done cancel my application. They said it has been done even though they didn’t have all the details. I was told I’d hear back in 2-3 days. Again I followed up. Again they were missing something.
      I am lucky to have had the cash elsewhere or my home renovation plans would have been a major issue for my family.
      I am sick of the run around. I asked for the information of these issues to be sent to a supervisor I understood I’d hear back. I haven’t.
      I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.
