This debt collection company continues to incorrectly call and text my number with another person's name.

Debt company keeps calling even after being specifically told that the person they are looking for has never lived at this address or owned this phone number. Agent then persisted to phish for information by demanding to know how long we've had our phone number (more than 15+yrs by the way). Specifically told the agent that whomever they are looking for obviously gave them false information and they do not reside here. We are continuing to receive phone calls.Business Response

I have been receiving calls for a few months now and my phone is set to automatically block spam calls so i only ever get the voicemail. It is an automated message saying to call a number about an urgent manner regarding an outstanding balance with *****(my power company). My ***** account is in perfect standing in fact i currently have a credit on my account as i always pay extra on it so that it covers a few months at a time. My bill is under my aunts name and when there is NO outstanding debts with the company there should be NO reason for this to affect her or my credit scores or for the weekly phone calls to continue from this company!Business Response

I keep getting calls from this company every day saying it is regarding an urgent provincial offences issue that needs to be immediately resolved. I have no issues with anything regarding outstanding fines, or offences. I want my number removed from their line of sight.Business Response

I canceled a service with *** *** ********* which had been taken over by another company. They continued to charge me an extra month and sent the account to Transworld Collections. I have received numerous calls from TISco, sometimes multiple times a day and when I answer there is no one on the line. There is only beeps and if I don’t answer they never leave a message.

Hi BBB,
I keep receiving calls from Transworld Systems Canada Inc. My understanding is they are a debt collection company. I have no debts, could you please help me to stop the phone calls. They fill my voice mail and there is no voice mail left. When I answer there is no reply just some tones and then hangs up. Very frustrating, I'm hoping you can help me to get these phone calls to stop. I appreciate your help with this issue.

I have received numerous calls from TSICO, most calls are automatically screened by my phone and the caller never leaves a message. I answered two calls and got a series of tones before being disconnected. I understand that this is a debt collector.
They are asking for another name.
