      I keep getting calls on my cell phone from TSICO. They leave no message or they call from another place called *** both on Milner Ave in Toronto. I have no outstanding debt and would like these calls to cease. * ** ** ******** ******* **** ******** ****** *** ** *** **** **** ************ Please if you could make them stop.

      I have been getting repeated calls from TSICO regarding outstanding money owed to ********* ****** ****** ********** I have no outstanding debt with them and have never been contacted by **** directly. Please stop calling me. I have blocked the number but continue to receive automated voicemail messages. Thank you.

      I have been repeatedly phoned and cold called by this number despite answering. If they are seeking money from me for something I am unable to call back and wait on hold for extended amounts of time *** ** ********* *** ******** ****** ************. Please do not robo call me and instead phone as a real person to speak to me, your platform is extremely inaccessible and with all the scams going around it is EXTREMELY inappropriate and unsafe to contact people in a manner with which there is no response when answering call and in which no pertinent details are provided in voicemails. If you wish to reach me properly do so with an actual human agent to speak with me directly. I cannot and will not wait on hold for ages for a company that cannot even explain what it is they want from me.

      Keep getting calls multiple times a day multiple times a week. They call from different numbers from different locations daily. They are calling for someone who’s not me and I have no way to tell them to stop calling *** ********* me over someone else’s problem. Stop calling this number ********** .

      I have been called by tscio multiple times and finally someone was on the other side they told me I owe money to something I am paying off I don’t understand how they get off calling people when they don’t have all the correct information

      I keep receiving nuisance calls from this company. Firstly, the caller keeps asking to speak to someone named ‘****’. There is no one by that name living at my address nor has there ever been. I have told the caller on theee occasions and the person then states that my number will be removed but I still receive phone calls.

      Secondly, I receive autonates phone calls from this number, advising me to call back. I did do so at one point as the calls were becoming incessant and a nuisance. The person answering the call told me that I had been overpaid a bursary amount from the province in 1989 and that I was to repay the overpId amount. I asked them to produce a document to prove that I had been overpaid and that it was due to my error. The person refused to do so and also refused to guve me the contact details of the person at the ******* ******** wo allegedly authorised these calls.

      After reviewing the complaint, the phone number in concern when attempting to contact the individual by the name of "****" was already marked as wrong number.

      The reason we are contacting you to discuss the matter we are handling for the ******** ** ******** 
      At the time, the Agent whom you have spoken did not refuse your request for proof of debt. Your request had been submitted to the ******** ** ******* but  was not received by the ********. We are currently in communications with the ******** ** ******* in regards to your request for the supporting document. Please be advised, this request may take up to 6-8 weeks to be fulfilled and mailed to you.

      As now, we have placed your file on hold and you will no longer receive phone calls from TSI. You may contact TSI once you receive and review the documentation. The number
      to call is ************ and refer to file *******.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I just received a phone call today at 3:21 pm from someone asking to speak with an '****' who promptly hung up after I brought up this correspondence via the BBB.  The phone call indicates that you clearly have not removed my phone number for any such follow-up.  Additionally, you have neither explained why my number showed up in your list for this matter, in the first instance, nor have you apologized for the nuisance calls.

      With regards to the second matter, the initial complaint had been raised directly with your firm back at the beginning of September  In spite of this, I do not see how you this turnaround of 6-8 weeks from this point applies.  You have not reverted with any evidence but continue with the nuisance calls.  That notwithstanding, I do not have any outstanding debt from the **** ******* as I had already repaid the ******* ****.

      I am being repeatedly called by this company. I have phoned them and spoke to someone and told them that the person they are looking for has not lived here for 30 years!! They say they will stop calling and then they start calling again. There is no outstanding debt that I hold. I want them to stop phoning me once and for all before i have to contact the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada

      I have been receiving calls for the past month and a half continually on my cell phone – sometimes twice a day. The number that is used to call me is ###-###-####. I have been blocking this number because I do not know who they are as they have left no voice mail messages as to why they are calling me. I finally received a voice mail message last week from TSICO advising me to call their office in Milner, Ontario. They do not provide my name or any reason for the need to call them. I have no outstanding debt and am frustrated by the continuing calls. An ******* search indicates that I have an excellent credit rating and report. No outstanding debt. I would like these calls to stop.

      I am being repeatedly called, and hung up on, by this company. There is no outstanding debt that I hold. There have been no messages left on my phone, just a few rings that then hang up. Repeatedly, on my cell. Every day. I don't owe any money to collect. I would like a resolution and for these calls to stop immediately.
