TSICO has been calling me at least 6 times a day early in the morning and late at night for months about a bill from ***** ****** on a closed account. I have contacted ***** ****** and have figured out what has happened with the account and I would like for TSICO to stop contacting me as I have spoken to ***** ****** about payment and the amount. I have been receiving calls from this business twice a day for the last few weeks at all hours of the day. When I don't answer, they do not leave a voicemail. I do not have tome to call around and wait on hold. If ypu have something important to discuss, call me and stop hanging up. I am also very busy and do not have time foe games. This company, TSICO, continually call my cell phone - twice already today. The voice provides information in French which I cannot understand. The number that is used to call me is ###-###-####.

I am rejecting this response because:**** ** *** proof of email copy of payment sent to ********@*****.ca on dec 13th. They claimed they didn’t get it so I resent on the 22nd.
this has been paid directly to **** and it is a clear **** to collect money they are not entitled to.
please note that **** does not send email confirmation of online payment so bank statement is the only method of confirmation
I suggested they contact **** for confirmation but they seem only willing to harass me not verify they are legally allowed to collect

Today ( December 28, 2022) around 1-2pm, Transworld Canada Inc had called me.
This collection agency has been ********* me verbally every day of the week *** ** ****** ** *** ** ****** ** they have all my personal contact information.
I understand that as a collection agency you are not allowed to coerce ** ****** a person into paying debts or monies owed.
To begin, a gentleman on the phone was being incredibly rude while trying to find out details pertaining to my account. I had asked numerous employees for an email for proof of payment etc ** ** ****** **** ******
This gentleman had tried to ****** me into paying by calling me broke, unemployed, uneducated. When I stopped responding to him he went as far as saying in a mimicking voice, “aww what’s wrong did we get to you?”

I was not able to get any details on who the people I spoke to today were, or any extension numbers. Based on their automated system, all calls are recorded so they should be able to provide the recorded phone calls for proof, unless they deleted them.

After reviewing the complaint we have placed the file on hold, the consumer will no longer be receiving phone calls. After reviewing the file, the consumer used profaninity while speaking with agents and continuously spam called TSICO's telephone lines. The agent(s) did not state to the consumer she is "broke, uneducated and, unemployed. All calls are in accordance with the collection laws. In order to disclose information to the consumer about her file in third party collections, the agents require the consumer to complete the verification process Due to PIPEDA, we are prohibited to communicate personal and private information electronically - which the agents explained to the consumer. We have requested for the invoice from the client to be mailed to the address the consumer provided to BBB.
