      I was offered a welcome bonus for signing up of 250$. It's 8 months later and they are refusing to honor the signing bonus, and they will not give me the full 250$ even tho I have proof of the offer, and they claim the money was already given in points but they cannot confirm when that happened!! Closing my credit card with them immediately

      I received an email from PC Financials stating that I was pre-approved for a credit card. However, when I applied, my application was rejected, which negatively impacted my credit score.       Horrible customer service. If something goes wrong your on your own to fix it. Still working with customer service at PC Optimum to fix my issues (****** points) and activating the card. Literally 20 to 30 hours of work on my end and weekly calls to customer service. ***** ******* *****  Only sticking with it cause it's a no brainer points card but a lot of work!

      Attempted to transfer over from another bank but nothing but issues every time I tried to fund the account resulting in repeat nsf charges. Closed my account with no notification after I transfered my remaining funds now I can't access.       PC money closed my account while I had funds in the account, well they removed My card from my account anyways. I had over $1000 in there. Never did get the money back, then I had payments from CRA go into a "closed" account for a year after. I applied for a new account, they let me open it, sent the card to the wrong address, by the time I got it that account was closed, yet my email was linked to it and $100 went in that account. Never did get returned... many phone calls and emails, I can't get a returned call or email! This has been 2 years now. This is completely ridiculous, no explanation to why it was closed on me.

      I transferred money to my PC Financial account three weeks ago. While the transaction showed up immediately, the funds never did. I've contacted customer service 6-7 times, only to receive empty promises that the issue would be fixed or that a supervisor would call me back—none of which happened.
      This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it feels like my concerns are being completely ignored.
      I would not recommend PC Financial to anyone. ***** ***** ****** ******** **** **** **** ******

      We've had many difficulties with PC financial. Their systems being updated so it has taken a week to access any of my money. Transactions being pulled out of my account, showing on my end but not PCs or our auto loan institutions. Entire paychecks just going missing and PC financial can't tell me why, money randomly coming out of my account for no reason that they can explain.
      They are the absolute worst institution I've ever dealt with.
      I've phoned their costumer service many times over these issues, never get an answer on why these things happen. The lines get disconnected all the time. So you have to re call and re call.

      Jesse K. at the PC Financial store was very helpful. She helped.me with the online process and helped me set up my card. I was very frustrated and she helped calm me down and get it sorted out. She even used her data to help.me set it up because my wifi didn't work. A+ Excellent.

      PC financial closed my bank account without notifying me or ever giving me a reason to why. I just went online to do some standard banking and my PC Money account was just gone. After spending several hours on the phone with agents I was told security closed my account (still no explanation) and they would mail me a cheque for the balance that was in my account (over $1000 of my money) that I would receive sometime next week. * *** ********* ******* ******* ** **** **** ****** *** will never be banking with PC again.
