      Ordered a sim to start a plan with them and missed the hidden info behind a small "read policy" click.
      Start charging me when it left their warehouse and I never received it. Then months later get threats about collections and they give you the middle finger... ******** **** **** ** ******* ******

      A few months ago, I cancelled my service with Koodo and they keep sending me bills.
      I sent emails, tried to go through self serve to book an appointment for a call as their help articles say to do, it’s impossible.
      They keep sending me bills and last week a disconnections notice. Do they not see that I’m not connected?!
      THEY HAVE RUINED MY GOOD CREDIT RATING. They are making my life difficult, and there’s no number I can call to speak to a human. That’s terrible customer service.

      I am having a contract with Koodo since October 2020. I got 4 lines and was offered $10 credit for each line. The credit was corrected in November 2020 as the credit didn't show up in first bill. Considering this corrected. I never bothered to track the charges applied to my bills. As my contract is getting over this month, I checked the bill to find the exact last date of my contract and found that the discount applied is not on full as committed. I am being overcharged $1.07 per line for last 24 months plus I was offered an add on for free for entire contract period. They overruled their contract and started charging me for that since March 2022. It's not matter of amount as it looks small if considered me only but if you calculate all consumers, they are ripping off millions of dollars by their ********** activities. My total extra charges are
      $1.07x4= $4.28
      $4.28x24=$102.72+.13(tax)
      =$116.07
      $3x4=$12
      $12x8=$96+.13%(tax)= 108.48

      What a truly HORRIBLE company. Number has been disconnected for MONTHS then all the sudden they contact for overdue bills??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON TOP OF THAT.

      Horrible, almost non existent customer service unless you're buying something new. Flatout failing to inform of charges when selling a product over the phone. Failed to send me return authorized after necessary 3 day waiting period that it apparently takes to send an email. Wouldnt accept return in store. Wouldnt give me a mailing address. 3 more days to wait for a callback. They say within half hour of allotted time. Always 50 min or more later, then the machine doesnt accept my pressing the number it tells me to press. Then it hangs up on me. *****

      The absolute worst customer service company. Cell was ordered on line and was shipped by ***. It was stolen in transit. Reached out to *** got no where they are just as bad... back to Koodo they told me that I had to wait for an investigation which takes 30 days. Meanwhile I'm billed for a phone I never received or signed for at delivery (I received an open empty box) and no replacement phone will be sent until they investigate. In other words Koodo presumes the customer is the thief until proven innocent. I want an apology from their president. Never have I ever been treated by a company this bad in my 60+years.

      Horribe customer service... they don't care about you . You are better off going to **** and get a phone. Ps. I have been a loyal customer for many years and the one and only time I called in, it was a nightmare. And I cancel ... they need better training 😤

      Attempting to actually speak to an individual regarding billing is nearly impossible. Finally, after an eon, I spoke with an English-speaking human who listened then put me on hold, led me to another person, not English-speaking, who listened, tried to guide me through a solution, then realized that she couldn't. She set up a call-back. I got nobody calling back - just a text message leading me to the "chat" on the website - nobody there! The chat asked to set up a call-back which I did - then another text!!!!!!!! Both were supposed to come at around 1600 hrs. When I elected to have a call-back, exactly the same lame process, the next available call-back was "tomorrow". This is unacceptable. I have ALWAYS had problems with ***** and their Koodo is just the same - absolutely unacceptable!
