      This is a terrible company. They say the are cheaper than ***** but they are not. This company is part of ***** supposedly a little cheaper but there are a bunch of hidden cost. They have the worst customer service, it is not the representative fault they are alway polite and friendly but they are never authorized to fix anything’ the have to transfer you to someone else A simple billing problem will take forever to correct. It becomes such a hassle you give up and that is what they are counting on.
      In Canada our choices are limited the only time you get a deal is if you keep switching companies. It is exhausting.

      Customer service is non-existant. KOODO self serve chat can't help and the scheduled call back is over 24 hours later. Then they don't respect the call back window and don't call back. Horrible. What happened to the real people?

      Worst service provider ever.
      My wife and I were charged $ $584 roaming charges while on a 2 week vacation in Mexico even though we had subscribed to Koodo Easy roam and we only used our phones for calls / texting on 4 of the 14 days we were in Mexico and had data roaming turned off.
      Was also charged US roaming charges for 2 days even though we weren't in the USA.
      Very dissapointed with Koodo and will be switching to another service provider who are easier to deal with.

      I have been a customer for over 12 years and love the simplicity of the service and self serve options. However, they have been charging me for an account that is not being used because I am not the "credit holder" on the account.
      Long story short....a friend helped me out with getting a mobile account going. A friend who has been MIA for over 11 years. Koodo is aware that no one has been able to locate and contact this person. They are also well aware that I am the main account holder.
      As the main account holder, I added my son and my mother to the account. My son now has his own account and has now for about 3years. In that time koodo refuses to let me close that account and has been charging me for an account they can clearly see is NOT being used.

      The delay of several days in Koodo customer service getting back to us caused us to miss their Black Friday sale. After many days of trying to reach their customer service we got a call back several days later. Talked to 4 different people at Koodo Customer Service who admitted the problem was theirs but admitted while they understand what happened wasn't correct or fair said they were unable to correct the problem

      Un trained *** ************** sales people told me 45 a month phone plan. Since day1 I was charged 60 a month. When I called the customer service department they said Telus cannot access to Koodo account but I was sold Telus products. What a marketing scheme. Their data sucks no internet at a lot places. Cannot believe myself get tricked and made such bad decision.

      The staff of koodo mobile in Bromenade mall store in Vaughan, ON. are **** **** *** selective for customers especially Mr. H. and Mr. K.
      I had a very bad experience with those 2 guys, they ignored me and went to help other customers.

      Koodoo likes my money but should a problem arise they offer no service. They are impossible to contact offering an automated service that gets you no where. If and when you do get a call back it is almost impossible to understand their representative so that is no help either. they should be ashamed of the way they treat their bread and butter customers...we pay their salary and treat us like crap
