      I am waiting on line for an agent - 1:24:02 and counting. There is actually no way to speak to a rep anymore. With out waiting for hours. Why are companies allowed to do this? It is super frustrating. * **** ** ***** *** **** **** **** *** *****

      The heads in the billing department and/or head management at Telus gave me 2 account numbers, one is for home services and the other is for mobility/cellular service, I make my monthly payments for all my Telus services on one of the Accounts which is normally the home services account. These headed out obominations at Telus for the past month or longer claim I haven't paid my cellular/mobility bill. To get straight to the point, They should have enough common sense to know since I made an over,excessive payment on my home services account and haven't paid into the mobility bill then since All my services are under that one company,Telus should realize the excess amount should be transferred to pay my mobility account.

      Telus has the worst customer service. I have just spent 3 hours and 5 minutes on hold for a representative, when the voice said it would be 15 minutes. Similar experience last week. If you no longer have access to an email you set up years ago, you are unable to access your account on line. I will have to go to a Telus sales area and wait in line and get an agent to fix this. I will then switch to Another provider. This is awful!!!!

      Disappointed in Telus, when I need paper statements, they say they can only help by charging me $15.00 per statement per month for 3 years it will cost me $540.00. They wouldn’t budge on reducing or waiving the fees.

      On June 6, I was charged $29.98 on my Telus mobility bill described as an IN -App purchase. As I had just got a new phone I ignored it. On July 6 billing I was again charged $29.98 I called Telus to find out what the charges were for. They told me it was for two subscriptions one for **** ** and the other for ESRTv. I was told that I had subscribed for them on the Telus network.I was supposed to have received a text where I had to enter a 4 digit pin number sent to me by each of these companies. I am sure I would not have done this. I do remember getting a text from the companies where if I pushed STOP I could unsubscribe. I thought that was a scam so I didn't do it and I deleted the texts. I have been in email contact with both **** ** and *****. I asked them to send me a copy of the page where I would have subscribed, as I can't believe I did this. They have not done that. I threatened to take the matter to the RCMP fraud department. I did receive a refund of of $14.99 from *****. They told me Telus would not let them refund more than 60 days back. I did receive a credit of $29.98 from TrimSx. I know I will not get any more refunded. However, I am angry with Telus for supporting these two companies. * **** **** * *** ******** I just want this to be put on the record so others are not mislead by this.

      Telus have The Worst service EVER, the minimum time to speak with a representative is
      2 horas, IF YOU ARE LUCKY.
      And every month they increase the price, even with contract. Pain in the neck.
      Ready to change companies.

      Trying to reach someone at Telus is the absolute worst customer service you will ever experience.
      They are absolutely useless at billing and will overcharge you then make you call and wait on hold for 3 hours to speak to a human being. Only for them to argue with you and when you prove their incompetence they will fix it to only repeat the incident again next month. And so on and forth until you loose your mind from their terrible elevator music for 3 hours.

      Super disappointed with service. Signed up for a plan and could never get it to work. Customer service takes over an hour and a half every time you try to call and then they commit to call back and never call when they are supposed to resulting in missed calls. Got transferred from one department to another who told me I would not be put on hold again, only to be put on hold another hour and a half.
      Very painful to deal with. After over 10 hours in waiting on various calls, still no luck talking with someone who could help me and now they are just going to send me to collections for not paying when I never received any service. It is my own fault for trusting their phone invitation to come to them. Never again!
