      ** *** ****** I have paid them the costs and then they had the nerve to charge me when I COLLECTED MONEY from one of my clients they were supposed to collect from. I had to pay them a percentage.

      * ***** **** **** **** * ***** ** *** ** *** ********* **** *** * *** **** After paying them $1234.00 gave them 6 clients after 3 months they said its not working but if you give us more money we will see what can be done. Then after 3 more months same thing yet again more money. Out of the 6 customer they collected a big *** ZERO (I did not fall for the more money trick)
      Also very hard to speak with anyone, except when they are first trying to get you on board, then they answer phones until they hook you.
      You will have a better chance of collecting yourself and save yet another expense and the frustration of not collecting or knowing exactly what they are doing. ********** * ***** ***** **** *** **** ******* *** ********** *** ******* ** *** * **** **** *** **** **** *** *****

      * ** ******* **** **** ******* *** ** **** * *** ****** **** ** ***** Our experience with Dixon was a total nightmare and disaster. The sales pitch sounded great but that is just the hook to get you to sign up for three years, renewing automatically without notification. You cannot speak to anyone looking after your accounts, they don't reply to email questions and the online reporting is totally useless, vague and irrelevant. They would occasionally collect but never pass any money on to us. They would charge collection rates higher then the rates on the agreement for the debt amount. They are **** on the phone (if you can ever get to speak to anyone). Our customer would come in and give us some money now and then (as he always did) and tell us how unprofessional *** **** Dixon was on the receiving end of collect calls. Dixon would then demand us to send all the money he gave us to them, I would only give them the agreed 10% so they put US on collections!

      I contacted Dixon Commercial to assist with monies owed to us. I filled out forms but did not sign. I changed my mind after ******* *******. Sales advised that it was fine if I didn’t want to proceed as I did not sign the contract. Yet they charged my **** anyway and now ignoring my emails and phone calls. *** **** ***** ** ****** ***** ***********

      *** ** *** ***** ********* * **** ***** **** ** ** ** **** ****** ** ******** ** * ***** **** ******** ***** * ******  Every interaction we had with them, after signing the service agreement, was abrasive and unprofessional.
      Dixon's collection services are very poorly run and have low success rate in collection.
      Dixon does not have a customer service department so rectifying issues as a client is very frustrating, time consuming, and unsuccessful. The few times we were successful in having a representative from Dixon reply on our queries they were incredibly **** and unprofessional to our staff. This is completely unacceptable. They should be embarrassed.
      Dixon's interpretation of the service agreement signed varies significantly over time to suit their purposes. Receiving payment from them on accounts they did manage to collect any money on was again very time consuming and incredibly slow. The collection fees they withheld on collected money were not in line with the agreement signed.

We relied on their sales pitch which they did not even attempt to live up to. Horrible experience.

      I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dixon. I hired them to recover a debt, and instead of representing my interests as their client, they seemed more focused on accommodating the debtor’s narrative.
      The debtor was clearly informed of my policies, including that canceling the service would still incur charges for the time and effort spent on their project (design time, meetings, and calls). I have proof of this, yet Dixon never consulted me for critical details during their negotiations.
      Their lack of communication and one-sided approach resulted in an outcome that does not reflect the effort I hired them for. I expected them to act in my best interest, but instead, I feel they prioritized the debtor's claims, ultimately failing to recover what was rightfully owed.
      I cannot recommend Dixon to anyone looking for professional and client-focused debt collection services. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

      ** *** ** ******** **** this company. Their address in Regina is a law office that knows nothing about them, has never heard of them.
      They settled one collection worth less than $1,000 for less than half, and then took about 1/3 of that as a commission.
      I paid $1,000 for them to handle my past due accounts.
      I asked them to close 2 accounts, *** ******* *** ***** *** ********** *** *** ***** ******* ** ******* **** *** *** ** ******* **** ***** ** **** ***.
      They sent me replies saying they did so, and have offered no other proof that they did so.
      In fact, they've contacted me asking for further information about the files after they said they closed them.

      ******** *** ********** *** *** **** ******* *** ********** **** **** ** the lady who keeps ********* us is named Samantha. I have told them - if you actually are real then just sue me. If this is an unpaid debt, just sue me and we will take it up with you in court. She just keeps calling and ********* our company. If we hang up on her, she continues to call back from several different numbers. It is a real person with a **** name of Samantha or maybe it is her real name. We even contacted the company they say we owe, and they have no idea what this is about. Stay away and hang up when she calls. She will never actually sue you.

      **** **** ****** They are all over you to collect your membership fees and then disappear after they get it! With how persistent they are on the sales end you expect that they will do the same to collect for you, but I couldn't even get reply emails to my requests for credit reports on possible clients, so how could I ever trust them to collect money for my company? **** *******
