      This was the biggest waste of money ever. Dixon promised you the world. There is nothing that this company will do for you to recover your money. They are in the business to collect massive membership fees and then do NOTHING! They have ********** advertisement “Accounts listed over three hundred dollars are collected at only ten percent with guaranteed results”. They do not try to collect for months until you are basically forced to go into 'phase 3', it's when they might put some effort, which I doubt, as they will get more commission. Not a single penny was collected by them, no proof of working the files ever provided, employees have extremely demeaning tone when you ask for any update or any kind of supporting documentation for the work. Before signing up with them, your phone will be flooded with calls and voicemails from their sales department with all **** promises and once you sign up and paid their membership fees, they never answer your call, never return the call even if you leave 100’s of voicemails. They say online portal has everything but believe me literally there is nothing, not even debtors name, how much they owe, what progress have been made so far, nothing. ******** *** *** ** *** ** ******** **** **** *******. We have horrible experience with them and deeply regret ever selecting them. ** * ***** **** **** ******** **** ***** **** **** **** ************

      They have been ********* me as a tenant living on the main floor, and the upstairs apartment caused the issues while I was going through an estate matter that the power of attorney the estate trustee did not pay for the plumbing issues while still under his authority where she had to deal with the payment, not me the tenant
      **** ******** **** ***** ** *** ******** **** And the estate trustee lives in Kelowna BC ****** ****** that was the estate trustee that should’ve handled the plumbing repair cost, which was never fixed by that plumber

      *** *** *** ** **** **** ** *** **** ***** *********** *** ****** ** ** *** ***** ***** *** ********* ******** **** **** ***** They will take almost half of what the debtor’s paid without doing their job then sales tax on top of that, they don’t contact you for new update as well. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!

I have used a collection agency in the past that were NOT ***** & received full payment within a month.       This company is not worth the money you will pay them. They have not collected any of our big bills. They make expensive recommendations about how to move forward to collect, that are not even legitimate for the specific case.

      We had a company owe us money in the amount of 65000.
      We were told to submit all documents to Dixon after paying them 2000 dollars to obtain them.
      They told us to submit the full amount including the amount that the company that paid to our rental equipment company and supplier for materials.
      We were told that would allow them to "negotiate".
      Put it this way.
      Dixon has given us a bill now stating that we owe them (Dixon) 12 thousand and each month it accumulates approximately 100 dollars in interest. And we have received NO MONEY!
      The lady from Accounts Receivable has done nothing but cut us off, **** ** ******, **** ** **** **** ** *** ********** *****, *** **** ** ***** ******* ** ** ** ***** ***** **** ** ****** **** ** **** * *** ** ******* * **** *** *** **** ******* **** *** *** **** ***** ** ******* ***** ** *** ** *** **** ** ****** *** ** *****

      I used Dixon to try and recoup past rent owed by multiple previous tenants of ours. The tenants ghosted me after trying myself for months. I no longer had any contact for most of them, but I was not ok with letting them get away with it. I decided it was time to make a statement, and get a collection agency to effect their credit so they don't do this with other landlords. Not only did I succeed with that, some tenants are paying and we have been getting a small check every month. We are very happy with our decision to hire them.

      I decided to try a collection agency after stressing myself out trying to chase my customers. I have received sales calls from Dixon Commercial Investigators in the past, and decided to try it out. Its literally like having another employee working for you. I am very happy with my decision.

      I tried to tell the guy he had the wrong number and he got **** and pushy so I hung up. He called right back and left a voice mail accusing me of being a ****, told me to grow up then tried proving it was me by saying "my" SIN - so they left someone's SIN and name on my voicemail. Very unprofessional and alarming to give out someone's personal information like that. ****** ** **** ********
