  I usually have a hard time giving 5 stars as I am a strong believer there is always room to improve all around. We have to say that ******* simply earned the 5 star rating from our first communications. ******* set us up with various options based on what we were looking for. She never pushed any place on us. She was extremely open / honest about all the resorts and provided us her opinion based on our needs. Once we decided on a place, ******* explained in great details of our trip and what and how to prepare for it. In our opinion ******* is what customer service should be, she definitely has set the bar! We will be reaching out to ******* for our future vacations. We can not thank her enough !!!

  It’s been the second time i book with them. They don’t give much information about the place you are booking. They are not travel agents. For this trip i knew some questions to ask … but not here that tells you. She was answering fast to my question. Really upset with my booking. I didn’t book with my agent because she’s on vacation.

  ****** ******** was super. Ask for her !! Its nice to have a travel agent when all is going well. It is critical to have one when stuff goes wrong. We booked a package and the airline changed the flight times substantially. The package allowed us to re-book but there was a whole pile of admin involved in cancellation, re-booking, applying for credits etc. ****** did it all with a virtual smile. It took a long time and she worked past the end of her normal work day to get it done. Impressive!! Again , I have worked with other agents here who do the very minimum . *** ******.

  I was looking to book a vacation to Cuba and make it a family vacation. I was looking thru tripcentral. I received an e mail from ******* ***** at tripcentral. She gave me ideas and I booked for the entire group. She made it easy and even when I had to make a change to my booking, she was very helpful. All within a few days.   I recently used tripcentral.ca for the very first time to book a vacation and I was very impressed with how easy it was to use and the links they provided for pictures and customer reviews. Most impressive is how easy it was to compare airlines and prices to ensure we were getting the best deal. It saved a considerable amount of time since we didn't have to open separate browsers for Sunwing, *******, *** ******, etc. to look at prices for comparison. The booking process was quite easy, and the email correspondence I've received since booking, e.g., our tickets, insurance, tips for travelling, parking coupons, etc. has been exceptionally helpful! I will definitely use them again in future. Although I did not use this feature, having access to agents who have actually travelled to the destination is fantastic.

  This is my first time booking with a travel agent. Never again.
  My travel agent was ***** *********, and she either provided poor advice, or didn't respond at all. Before I left for my trip to Costa Rica, I asked her about excursions. I had seen a place 1 hour away that I wanted to visit and asked her advice on renting a car. The only thing she said was to wait until I arrived on my first day and book through the resort. Very poor advice. I got way better advice from the ******** group of Riu Guanacaste. I did my research and I found many options for local tour companies.
  I ended up booking my excursions through ****** *** ***** (a local tour company who lives in Costa Rica) and the guides were incredible, especially with my kids. They also provide full transportation.
  The resort was offering excursions for double the price as what local guides offer. **** **** ****** **** * *** ******* ******* ** ********** *** ****** ****** ****** The resort also has very limited options for excursions. *** ** *** ********** * *** ** ******* * ***** ***** *** ** ***** ************* ********* ** * ********* * *** ** **** ******* ****** ***** ****** ***** ** ***

  There was a massive snowstorm that hit Toronto the night before I was supposed to arrive home. I emailed *****, my travel agent 2 days prior to the storm to ask about potential scenarios of what might happen. *** * ****** *** ********** **** ** *** ***** * ****** ** ** ********* She never responded to my email.
  I will definitely be back to Costa Rica, doing the booking and planning myself. * **** ******** **** ** *** *** ********** ***** ***** ***** *** **** *** *** ********** *** ******** ** ***** *****

  We are happy to hear you found a very good local tour and you enjoyed their service. We, as agents have to be very careful of suggesting local tour operators as we don't know if they are reputable or not. ESPECIALLY when it comes to single mother clients with children. We suggest the resort tour operator for safety of our clients. Customers are always welcome to book with any tour operator they prefer.
  As of replying to your email, It would be very unusual for ***** to not answer a client's email, the only thing we can think of is that she was not working when you emailed her and when she was back on shift it was after the fact. We are sorry for miscommunication and inconvenience.
  tripcentral.ca is glad you were happy with the resort hotel ***** offered you and considering to go back there again. This proves ***** is expert and she tries to keep her clients happy.
  It means a lot to us to hear our clients had a good time. We hope we can offer our service again, whether through an agents or online.

  I've been shopping and booking all my vacations through Tripcentral for over 10 years. I love their "Classic Vacation Grid" for researching price, availability and flight times. I don't think that I've ever found a better price on another booking site. I consider myself an experienced traveler so I don't need or want to chat with a travel agent and am quite happy to do everything online. Their website seems to work perfectly for shopping and booking. Recently, TC has been sending follow up emails after bookings with ideas and suggestions for trip planning which have been useful but not invasive as I can read them and decide how to proceed on my own schedule. I'm not sure about the "level of service" in the event of a problem because I've not had any problems. TC has been perfect for me.
