      My experience has been just like the others so no need to go into detail. In short; no professionalism, terrible service and no customer service skills. They'll take your fee and deliver nothing. Good luck getting any resolution or a refund.

      Paid for initial diagnostic of a problem with our fridge and was told I’d be contacted with parts information and estimate on repair. I did not get any follow up despite multiple attempts on my part to contact the company. A competent repair service has since identified a different problem and was able to quickly fix the appliance. ********* ****** ******** *** ** ***** *********** ** * ******** *****

      We had Appliance repair experts come give us a quote to repair our fridge. I was told the service call was $75.00. They charged my **** $150.00 +GST. I demanded the refund off my ****. They refused! **** **** ********  Poor correspondence. Poor service. ***** ******* ***** *** ***** ********* ********

Charged me $176.96.       I contacted Appliance Repair Expert because they claimed they repaired ******* appliances. The technician that came to my house April 25th, said he fixed the problem and showed me a part he said he replaced. However when I tried my washing machine the next day, it was doing exactly the same thing it had done before, not draining and spinning dry properly. Their invoice clearly states there is a 3 month warranty on parts and labour, so I called them back, and spoke with the "Customer Support Manager" Alexi on three different occasions, and set up over the last 3 weeks, three different days that the technician was supposed to come and properly repair my washing machine. Not only did he not come, he didn't even call or text me to say he was not coming and the Customer Service Manager never called once to follow up to see if service had been provided. It has now been well over 3 weeks and still no repair done, or calls made to me. I finally realized I was being ignored and they had no intention of properly repairing my machine. I finally disputed the charge with my **** provider and got my money back via that dispute. Absolutely horrible service, I will never use them again. ** ** ******* **** *** **** *********** I don't think the technician did anything at all to even try to repair my machine. **** ****** *** **** **** ** *********

      A technician came on May 9 to perform a diagnostic (told it would cost $89.99+tax) on our washing machine, that I was 99% certain was because of a broken lid lock latch. When the technician came he agreed that it seemed to be the same issue. He started troubleshooting by opening up the the machine and exposing the circuit board and all the leads inside it. He then proceeded to take a scrap piece of wire and start jumping the various terminals to bypass the lid latch. While jumping the terminals on this lead and trying to run a cycle on the washing machine, I saw a big arcing Spark in the circuit board and the machine instantly stopped the operation it was performing. When there was an Arc, it led me (a licensed electrician) to believe that he caused something to short out on the circuit board causing damage to an expensive part. So now a simple and inexpensive issue of just replacing a lid/latch on this washer to now having damaged the circuit board on this washer, making it a very expensive repair/replacement. When I mentioning that the arc happened to the technician, he proceeded to say "oh don't worry it's probably nothing and if I did damage the circuit board then I'll just replace the circuit board too." I requested a quote to replace the latch, and he quoted $120. I looked up the part and found it from the supplier that the company uses and found it in stock for $52, the tech confirmed that they get it from there. The tech tried to more than double the cost and now with a damaged circuit board is going to cost about $300 additional dollars. We did not proceed with any repairs with them and only pay the diagnostic. The tech handed took the CC info, and in the signature block used his own finger to process it. Only after he left and got an email copy of the receipt did we see that we were charged for a diagnostic and repair for ($120+tax). We tried to contact the company and they would not take our calls or respond to emails. They are thieves.

      I have not had a positive experience whatsoever with Appliance Repair Experts. I called them on April 12/23 to come out and repair the upper basket on my dishwasher and the igniter on my gas stove. The repairman in Vancouver Aqeel came to my townhouse on April 15/23. I told him what was wrong with both things and he charged me $290.08 to diagnose the upper basket and the igniter on gas stove. He said he would order the parts and that he would not be working the Friday and Saturday because of end of Ramadan. That is all he said to me. I have not heard anything back from him since that time. I started calling their office almost every day since April 24th/23 to find out what was happening and when he was going to install the new parts. Every time I called their office someone would put me through to someone else and I would leave messages and no one would ever call me back. Finally I spoke to the repairman Aqeel and he said he would call me back and never did. As well I texted him and asked him when he was going to be calling me back and again he never did. Frustrated with their lack of customer service I then started calling the Manager asking for a refund because no one is getting back to me and the repairman is unreliable as far as I am concerned. *** ******* ** **** ********  They say on their voicemail message that "Customer Service is their priority". **** * **** **** ***** Customer service is definitely not their priority. I contacted them in good faith to repair my appliances. I am now out $290.08 and still have to get my appliances repaired. * ** * ****** ****** *** ****** ****** ** ***** **** **** ** ******  I wish I had read all these negative comments about this company beforehand so I wouldn't have contacted them. **** *** *** ***** ********** * **** **** ** *** ***** **** ******* ** **** **** ****** ********** *** ** ** *********

      This company is no good charge two much does fix the billing right and does not get back to you users old pieces to fix new piece to fix what their fixing

      **** ******* ** **** ******** ***** *** **** **** *** * ******** ********* They came to our home Aug 19th 2023 to repair our ******* Fridge, charged us $160 service fee and billed us $819 for an unspecified "control part". Despite several visits they were incapable of this fulfilling their promise. They claimed they had been shipped the wrong part and also a defective part *** ****** *******. Please note during this time WE HAD NO FRIDGE FOR OVER SEVEN MONTHS, waiting for their **** service, Despite multiple calls to their service line and emailing to their managers, our calls for help were ignored and stonewalled. FINALLY on Feb 10th, 2023 we called and had a visit from ***** ********* ******* *******. ***** ******* ********** **** *** ********** ********
      He advised it appeared "someone has loosened the appropriate wires at the back of the fridge" He proceeded to tighten them
      He then re-keyed the fridge control panel and the fridge restarted and has been functioning perfectly ever since
      NO PARTS were needed! None! Almost 8 months of NO FRIDGE for NO REASON. I am requesting Alex Smith, General Manager,
      Beatrice Brown, Human Resources Manager and
      Charlie Collins, Customer Care representative, provide
      a full refund of their service fee of $160. ** ******* ***** ** ** *** *** ******** **** **** ********** ************
