      * *** *** *** ***** ***** * ******** ****** *** *** **** *** *** *** **********. They can do nothing for you. You can't be on a conference call, they can't call you back. I will not ever use TD auto finance again.

      The customer service needs help hiring people that speaks proper English. Most of the time that I call I end up with an agent that can barely speak English and when I ask to be transferred to someone that can speak better English, I start getting an attitude and interrupted from them. I’ve have multiple vehicle loans with td auto finance and I’ve never had this problem before. They need to find, train or even hire someone that has better communication skills and because of this experience I will not be dealing with them again and I will be looking another finance company that is willing to take over my loan

      We brought a car was have loan from TD bank we went paid off at the bank and we and the seller called to ask them send the lien release to me the buyer then after 7days i caked ask them where they send the lien release they told me was send to buyer 10days later nothing received then find was send to seller , I called about 7 times they told it's was send to me ...
