      $1.25 "transaction fee" to make an online payment to my Royal Bank **** card from my Royal Bank chequing account? ***** *******

      *** ** ****** *** ***** **** ** ****** ** **** **** *** * **** ***** ***** **** **** *** ******** **** **** ********* ******* *** * I have been paying a truck loan at approximately $500/month for the past 3 years. 2022 was a terrible year for me and I found myself haven’t higher debt load than I could handle. I ended up going in for a consumer proposal to reduce my debt. This initially had nothing to do with the truck loan, but when I applied for the consumer proposal I was advised not to make any payments on what I owed. I didn’t know that this advise did not include the truck loan and so I missed 2 payments. Of course RBC was ****************** looking for the missed payments and representatives called me several times. I didn’t dodge their calls, rather I explained the situation. It wasn’t until I had missed 3 payments that the RBC representative finally told me that I needed to be making my truck payments. I called my consumer proposal representative about this, and he concurred. The next time RBC called me I told them that they needed to get the payments from a different account, and I provided the details. Days went by and no money was taken from the account until RBC called to hassle me about payment again. AGAIN I told them the information and again no money was taken from the account. This happened 3 times. On April 27, I received a letter demanding the full amount of my loan in 2 weeks. On May 1, they finally took almost $1000 out of my account for 4 missed payments. **** ****** **** *** **** *** **** **** **** *** **** * **** **** *** ***** **** ** ***** ** ****  What happens now, are they going to take payments from the account that I told them about, or are they gonna to seize my truck? **** ******** *** ********* *** **** * **** **** ***** ***** **** ***** ******* *** **** ***** ***** ****** *****

      ** * ***** ***** * ******** **** ****** * ****** Complete lack of customer service. When we questioned our financial advisor to see how much he was making off our investments he became very standoffish and failed to answer the questions. He left my 76 year old mother crying in a branch when she seeked help that he said he had set up for her. His answer was to go ask a teller.

      RBC continues to be inaccessible to long-standing clients. Could not purchase an RSP because of its inaccessible, time consuming and intrusive online process. Eventually found a human being and even then he sent me another time consuming and intrusive online questionnaire. Which I filled out. They system did not work, I bought no RSP in February.
      Replacing a credit card: another long wait with RBC chatbot babbling on. Eventually got to a human who was to send it to a branch 6 days ago. No word from the branch. Called them - they don't take calls the mail box is full, if you know the extension dial it now **** **** **** or go online. Another round of calls. finally another human who is apologetic and investigating.

      Don’t care to help in any way. Make you sit on hold forever just to keep transferring and having your calls “disconnect”. Absolute waste of time and for me to access my own money and get any issues on their end resolved. They make the issue the consumers when it’s their problem.

      **** ***** ********** ** *** **** ********** ********* ******* I’m blocked every time I travel . Does their algorithm set up is such that customers never change IP addresses . I would prefer in my case they left me unprotected I will make sure I don’t leave any amount available that I would be concerned about .

      ATM on Davie took my withdrawal out of my account and gave me no cash. The manager witnessed and told me to wait 24 hours for a refund.

      Insurance that i purchases yrs prior, had a 3 month hold once i was ******** with a medical issue and after the first 3.5 month delay to start, which then they made me wait 3 month after the second doctor note, why no one has that answer other than it was a Supervisor review because it was a yr earlier but it was 11 month earlier, and took them 6 months to give me a answer that it was being paid.
      So im * ******** ****** for life and they want to make me argue on what day that started with a doctor note stating the day.
      RBC has given bad******** service after following there rules.

      Royal bank has the worst automated phone system. This was the worst experience ever. After asking the agent to transfer me to the branch they sent me back to the automated service where I could not get past.
      Terrible and frustration experience.

      I am with RBC since 2014,
      Yesterday I received an etransfer into my account and today I went for cash withdrawal, the teller told me I can't withdraw cash, I have to wait 3 days, giving me the reason that the sender can cancel the ET, I told teller that the sender is known to me, but he refused and asked me to talk to manager,
      Then I spoke with (ABM) "sumit praveen", he told me that he can't allow me before 3 days for ET,
      I said instead of 4k, I will go for 2k today and rest by tomorrow, he agreed saying "he's giving me an exception",
      I said it's not an exception, as this is ET money, not cheque neither draft money, I also told him that there is very certain time that the sender can cancel, i told him that their is a disclosure by bank that once money is deposited or received by receiver it can't be canceled or undone, manager agreed
      but keep saying he is giving me an exception, we had argument on exception & he repeated atleast 7 to 8 times, ** ***** ****** **** * **** ** ***** *** *****  
      Then I decided to go other bank, me (******) and my friend went to ** to see if they give same excuse or hold for 3 days, as an experiment the et sent was withdrawn right away from ** and ****** without any **** excuse, * ** * ***** *** ** **** ** **** *** ** **** ** ** **** **** *** **** ** **** *** ****** * **** ************* **** ******* * **** **** *** ** ****** ******* *** ******* ** ***** **** **** * **** ********* ******** ******* **** *** *** ** ***** **** ********* *** ****
