Why is it when you put a check in an ATM and it eats? It does not do your deposit. It takes 5 days for them to sort it out when they have my check at their branch Lake country Kelowna, BC Canada

I am not happy with this corporate citizen. They decided that my attitude was too **** to continue a financial relationship with... TD cancelled my ****, and my car loan, demanding payment in full... because I was **** to them about their own mistakes. ******** ********** **** **** ********

TD offered a saving plan with cash bonus and said the bonus will be deposited into your account by Feb 29, 2024. I have been confirmed that my account was qualified. No money given by the due date. I called them on Mar 1, told me to wait a few days due to the high volume until Mar 6. No money given again. I called again on Mar 7, no answers, told me it would be escalated, and should receive the money by the follow Thursday, which goes to Mar 14. No money again. I called in on Mar. 15, told me it has been approved. It should be given by the end of March.
How can people trust a bank like this, no credit, no commitment. Repeatly gave out due date, never commit their promise. Not mention how many times I have called them and how frustrate I have to tell the story once and once again, if I have been approved through escalation, why don't release the money into my account directly? And now, I don't even know what is going to happen on Mar 31. A supervisor from call center even tried to make excuse for their fault, saying I wasn't target client, but will give me exception, ***** ** ***  The small amount of fund means nothing for a bank, but means a lot to me. I can use it to pay bills, or invest again, either way can help to my daily life. TD doesn't care how it impacts to their customers. Every time I called in, just saying "Sorry, wait, sorry wait", nothing else, pointless. ***** *** ** ******

TD forces you to input a MFA code anytime you try to do anything with your banking or card online, and they are the only bank that only allows one verification method (phone number). I don't have an active phone, and I have no intention or interest in getting one. Yet, I can't use my account for 95% of my banking. Called in and they couldn't have made it any more obvious how much they don't care. And now I'm stuck with this **** bank that I can barely even use. * *** ** * ******

I have never been soooo mistreated by a bank in my life!!! My most recent mortgage was closed out only months ago with zero issues, always paid on time. I accepted an offer of a **** for only $5000 and it has been over a month and the card never arrived! I just spent 3HOURS on the phone trying to rectify this issue after trying for over a MONTH! 3 HOURS later, customer service advised me I am no longer a customer! They do NOT want me as a customer!! ** ** ********* *** a bank has the power to just oust someone for NO reason!! They also advised me that any money in my account is also frozen and will be reviewed before they release it! OH!!! AND, my debit card no longer works!! What is going on???? How can someone just decide this over the phone??? I want answers!! I want to hear from UPPER management!!! *** *** *** ***** ** ** ** **** * ***** **** *** *** **** **** ****** ******** *****

My experience with TD is as a bookkeeper for a non-profit sport club. The three signers for the club had to register together, in-person even if they had done so the previous year. This process took three visits because the bank personnel did not have all the documents ready to sign. (Does TD give their least experienced employees this task?) Also obtaining online access to the account took four months for a new treasurer, and then only that one person had access to view the account and download statements. When the next new treasurer did not go through this tedious process, it became impossible to view the account, or obtain statements, at all. At one point a bank employee promised to mail the statements to the club (as had been done in the past) but that never happened.

Their mortgage commercial shows how “up in the air” TD Bank is, making a customer of theirs appear to have the intelligence of a five year old. Actually, make that a three year old. ** **** **** *** ************* ** ******* **** *****

** **** ** ** ******** ***** I’ve been with them for over 15 years, they still hold my cheques , they claim it takes 4 business days, it’s been 6 days, and no one to talk to. The phone line has ppl that act like robots , and all they basically say , “computer says no”. And then you go to the branch , and it’s the same thing, just ppl repeating what the computer says. I mean it’s 2023 , it takes one minute to e transfer , but these ****** need a week to give your your money ??
