      My husband have clearly been a victim of identity fraud yet after 30 years td refuses to acknowledge the facts and refuses me a morgage. It's all there every payment we've made and dept free yet they think we refuse to pay off just one? Plus address is in Montreal when we live in alberta. Honestly they r not recognizing our good faith.

      *** ** *** **** ******* ***** * **** ***** ****. You get different information from online, to telephone banking and teller. For something simple to fix my account for e-transfer just issue me a new card already.

      The TD app says to call a certain number and wait times is horrible then the person hangs up on me 2 times after 46 min wait. Then online chat tells me go to the branch and they can't help. Is such a process to get something done and waste of customers time.

      TD is getting increasingly bad they think that the money I work for is their money and it's not they never notified me on a GIC that was coming due or it takes forever to get a direct deposit and you cannot understand anyone on the phone ** **** **** * ****** *** ***** ********* ** ***** ******** ***** ******* *****

      When TD was new to NY they would bend over backwards to prove how different they were to other banks ( free pens, very late hours, dog biscuits ), now that they are established and no longer need to kiss anyone's butt, they are showing their true colors.
      I simply wanted to update my phone number as the old one is no longer valid and that locks you out of your online account. She said my phone number could not be verified and as such she would not update my account. I would rather keep all my money under the mattress - they don't deserve my business.

      Td do care about there customers. I spent 10 hrs on hold to get the run around and not a solution to the problem. In getting the runaround, the evidence steered to the representatives playing games and saying they were miss representing there positions. Ten hrs on hold is way passed the point of excessive

      TD was the first bank i ever opened an account with. It was the worst decision of my life. I have been treated horribly, every time i have to go in or call. Nothing ever gets resolved and employees refuse to make notes or do what the customer had asked. Avoid at all costs, not worth the headache

      My Toronto Dominion Bank located at #400 @ 4700 130 Avenue S.E. Calgary, Alberta. Bank Manager is Matt P. Approx. 2 weeks ago, I get a message call from a Tiffany, asking me to come down and discuss investment opportunities. She explained that," she looked into my account and discovered that I had a considerable amount of money and that it wasn't being allocated as good as it could be". I called the branch manager back 5 times and there was no response.
      I take issue with the fact that prying eyes are not respecting my privacy or the privacy of my account! What I do with my funds is my own business. I come into the branch and speak to investment officers once a year. I don't have to do that if I don't wish to. Most of us who decide to invest somewhere can do so, and will do so without someone CALLING YOU AT HOME AT NIGHT OR ON A WEEKEND!
      No one has the right - ever to go through your account and then use the amount in that account as a bases to solicit their services. No one. The only people that should ever be able to access that account is the customer, T.D. security and law enforcement (using a court order) and that's it. No one else - EVER! I had people take me off the list, and the very next day someone is calling me again. I'm sure they mean well, but that's not the point. There are privacy issues here that have to be respected.
      Back in the late 70's my Mother got her account ripped off by a teller in the bank who managed to forge her signature. The lady was soon caught.
      If you open the door a crack to having unsuspecting people taking liberties to your account, then it becomes what it is now - an open opportunity. That money is mine, and I require the respect and security of its status, and wand all parties to cease in their actions of going through my personal records!! This is a MUST! Imagine a Doctor or Lawyer doing something like this. TD needs to be spoken to about integrity and respect!

      never going to bank TD again. I do not need to wast my time in there anymore. TD staffs are really need to have better training.

      Recently requested a hard copy of transactions on my account Sept 29/22. The TD App only lets you look back less than 2 years. It used to be 3 years. Not known when this changed. They charged $15 for this request.
      I called today to inform them over 30 days later still not in the mail. I asked for my Service charge to be credited to my account.
      She said do you authorize me to refund 50% of it right now.
      I said No I want the entire amount paid $15 she put me on hold to get authorization. She got authorization and I proceeded to ask do people actually agree to half the money returned for a service you didn’t provide? This is policy she said. I told her you make enough from our bank fees and now you take 1/2 or offer 1/2 for a service not provided. Reassess your policies TD
