    ********** *** ******** ******* *** ** ******* **** ** ********* **** *** The sales rep falsely lead you into feeling that you will be getting leads on a regular, and that they are there to help you out whenever you need. Over the past 5 months I have received no leads in my main line of work and the leads I do get rarely reply back. I have 10 star ratings across the board and a good reputation. So why are no leads coming? Why won't customers get back to me? I have been emailing my account manager over the last couple months asking how I can generate more leads on there end and no reply! You pay this company to generate leads and help grow your business and all home stars does is help cripple it. ********* ** * ******* **** ******* *** ******** ** *** *** * ******* ******* ******* ** ********* ** ***** **** ***** *** *** ***** ******! They do not help, they false advertise and they give you false information!!!! My biggest regret is going with signing withe homestars!!!

    ATTENTION ATTENTION CONTRACTORS!!!!
    Open your eyes when you became to do advertising with HomeStars inc.
    Because I made a stop payment in my bank account so they can keep charging me for a worse service that I regret to be dealing with them.
    They offered me to have a lot of work when I signed up and four months later I emailed my representative in my account to cancel the service and she told me that will be cancellation fees because a contract with them was for a year. They enrolled me up to get money but they don’t provide you with work or leads *** **** ***

    I had appliances repair company ***** **** *********. They took $1000 and for 2 month i got 0 clients, all leads that i had were **** and always had excuses to avoid appointment. *** ****** **** **** ** ***** ** ******** *** ******* *** ***** ** *** * ***** ***** ******* *** **** ** *** ******** *** *** *** *** *** * ***** ** *** ******* ***** ***** *** * *********** **** * ***** ******* ********* **** **** ******** ** ** **** **** ********* So they were just wasting my time. Then Homestar deleted my account because I stopped paying. So you won't even get a back link if you stop paying. ***** ***** **** ***** ** * *****

    ******* **** ******** ********* *** *** ***** ******* *** ****** ******** ******* ******* ***** ***** **** **** ***. Either you are established and don't need help or they can't help you. Very steep costs, over 300$/month. They consider you locked in for a year with a early cancellation fee costing about 600$
    If you want to work outside of a large urban center they will generate no traffic at all.
    Quality of the few leads they generate is also low.
    Literally just pillaging the pockets of hardworking people. And they don't stop when you ask nicely.

    First time user of this service and I think it's great. I was having a hard time finding skilled trades people to do various jobs until I used Home Stars. 3 small projects and one mid-size all done in record time. All at a good cost. All with courteous, skill trades people all work was at least a 4 out of 5.
