      I ordered in October and keep receiving a message on its way, when I called I was told it was delivered every time different representative saying different things, I called and talked to manager still waiting and I got a email wanting me to contact my post company, I went to Coquitlam Center and talked to store manager no answer, I did not get my items nor the money and no one is following up I wish I knew who to contact this is a second time and my last answer was I ordered from market place and they are not responding,

      The saleslady told me getting a Bay card was a soft credit check. I told her I needed my credit unaffected bc I am trying to buy a house. Well, it was a hard inquiry and my credit went down. Thanks a lot!!

      My order was delivered in a damaged packing, ** *** * ******** ****. I selected the option to get a gift receipt with the order which I didn't get. I contacted customer support at multiple times on Dec 05 and Dec 06th. The first agent said that I will receive an email within 4 hours with the receipt which I didn't get. The second agent put me on hold for over an hour and said that I have to return all the merchandise and place an order again. I requested for a supervisor and I got a call back from a guy named Rukundo, who didn't even understand my query and said that I should return the order. Upon asking him to send me an email with written resolution he denied helping out. Total time spent on calls is over 3 hours, no resolution. Communication in English seemed very difficult for the agents and the supervisor. Overall it was the worst experience ever.

      During the Black Friday/cyber Monday, this BIG company couldn’t due their diligence to mark what’s in stock or what’s not in stock. They let you order things that were out of stocks and now took 550$ out of my money and I have to wait 10 days to be refunded ******* **** *** ************ I’m baffled that such a big company can’t get it together when it comes to show what’s in stock to their customer and feel comfortable taking payment knowing that they don’t have the items in stock. I had to call and ask why you was I charged for my order yet didn’t received my order. She said the items are not in stock yet showing in stock on the website. That is false advertisement and now I have to wait 10 days to get my 550$ back which is ******* wrong especially during the holidays. I will never order online from the bay ever again.

      I ordered a black pant for my son from thebay.com *** *** ****** **** *********** ** ********** I have followed their men's pant size chart and order size Eu40. However, they sent me a EU48 pant. I tried to return or exchange to the right size. They said it is a final sale item, I can't refund or exchange to others size. They made a mistake and I can't do anything. I don't know what I am going to do with this EU48 pant. I am really disappointed with The Bay. I won't order anything from the bay.com in the future. Their customer service now is very poor. Hudson's Bay was a great place to shop but now walking into the women sections in Hudson Bay, ******* ***** Victoria, BC, Canada. I feel like shop in a second hand shop. Sad!

      *** ***** **** **** **** ******** ** **** **** *** **** **** * ********** We ordered 2 recliners on sale in September, took delivery October 21st. Put the first one together and it was the worst recliner I have ever sat on so we boxed it back up for return. We didn't even open the second box. Then the fun began trying to get them returned and get my money back. 8 phone calls, no managers to speak to as requested, every call gave me different information.Finally got my return November 16th less 20% restocking fee of over $500. ***** ** *** *** *** ****** * ******* ***** ** ******* *** ***** ********* *****

      I bought ********** 100% cotton sheet set on sale for $140 + HST. Four months later, there was a run, like in a nylon stocking in the bottom/fitted sheet. I called customer service and was advised to take the set to a store and ask for a manager to look at it to decide if the fabric was flawed then they may decide to give me a store credit. I drove 3 hours round trip and was told they couldn't do it even though it was obviously flawed because "they had to use their **** because it was over 30 days and they couldn't access the second page, because it was over 30 days". Huh? Then she told me to call customer service back and give her name and they would set up the return. They were unable to access a return because it was over 30 days. I would have rather just taken the loss than get this run around. I will never purchase anything from The Bay again. **** * ****** I loved that store.

      The service lady convinced my 93 year old mother to get a Bay card. So she did and made a purchase. But my mother does not have a computer. So the lady took my mother's phone number and she gave them my e-mail. My mother's phone will not take digital codes. So I get the bill. I tried to pay it but it sends the 6 digit code to my mother's phone which does not accept it. I got all the card information form my mother. I tired to pay the bill at the Bay but the service lady said I could not do this. I tired with my bank but they did not have Bay cards listed. I had to spend 30 minutes on the line with the number on the back of by debit card to pay this bill. The original service lady knew my mother did not have a computer but sold her the Bay card anyway. I think staff heed to consider whether or not the client has a computer. I would like an apology. This is taking advance of vulnerable seniors.

      I purchased a pair of Levi’s jeans that I had to order as they did not have my size. I was assured it was at the sale price of $59.99. As I looked at my bill after payment I notified them it was billed at the regular price of $89.99. The manager informed me that they could not change the price or cancel the order due to their online system programs? I would have to order another pair which they did not have and must return the jeans once I received them? For their mistake! After 50 years of shopping there I will not return.
