    * **** ** ****** ******** *******I recently went through a frustrating experience with WES while trying to get a course-by-course evaluation. My estimated completion date was September 9, and by September 25, I hadn’t received any updates. Despite calling weekly for an update, I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated, but no progress was made.
    By the end of September, I was informed that they had contacted the evaluator and that my evaluation would be available soon. However, as time passed and the due date was well past, I decided to write an email to cancel my evaluation since I couldn't wait indefinitely. I requested a refund due to the delays and lack of service.
    I received a response stating that a refund would be issued, but to my dismay, I did not receive a full refund. It felt like I was penalized for a situation that was out of my control. I didn't cancel my evaluation out of error or negligence; rather, it was due to the ongoing issues and delays on WES’s part.
    Overall, my experience has left me feeling ******* *** dissatisfied. * ***** ******* ****** *********** *** *** ***** ********** ********* The lack of communication and support during the evaluation process has been very disappointing.

    I have submitted my application almost a month ago which according to them would take just 7business days and nothing was done so far. I paid in advance and the service is terrible. This is an update evaluation which means that they ALREADY HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS, they basically just need to submit them to another company however they are super past due. I call their customer service everyday and all they say is that my process was escalated. They don't even give me a new deadline! I have opened 2 tickets and NO ANSWER. They charge high fees for a service that is terrible! I need this evaluation for licensing purposes to be able to start my new position, get a raise and get the reimbursement from all fees I have paid so far to get this license but they don't care. *** ** ******** *** * **** * ***** ****** ******* ******* ** ** ** ***********

    Dear World Education Services,
    I submitted my application ********** ****** ******** with all the required documents on June 10 (over two months ago). Despite opening more than four tickets and making two phone calls, my status was recently updated to "ON HOLD" again, which makes no sense. I've called customer service several times, and they assured me that the matter would be escalated, but I have yet to receive any updates. Could someone please take a thorough look at my case and provide a concrete answer? My entire VISA application is currently ON HOLD because of this.

    * **** * University program that I would like to apply, their deadline is on September 1st. And the only reason I hired WES is because it is stated on their website that their evaluation takes 7 business day. Paid more than U$300 for an application for evaluation of my transcript 3 weeks ago on April 25th. Also paid U$50 for Qualification Check, and they verified all my documents on the same day on the 25th. Tried to send an email to WES, but there is no email contact. Tried to send a message last week, no return. Tried to call, they say they are busy. After trying a thousand times I got in contact with one of them who hang up while I was talking. Tried another thousand times and guess what? They could not give me any information. This is such a terrible experience. No assistance whatsoever. ****** *** ******** ********* I do not recommend WES.

    I have been waiting since three and half months for an ECA on my Post graduation. It is really frustrating as I am missing the purpose of getting this done and I may not have an opportunity by the time I get the WES report. WES should really try to understand the impact of not delivering the report on time as one may completely miss an opportunity for not being on time.
    They should consider informing upfront that the processing times are longer at the time of registration itself. That way an individual can choose a different party for evaluation who are more efficient.
    WES used to deliver great services couple of years ago. ** ****** *** *** ****** ** * ***** ****** **** ***** ** **** **** ******* I applied in May 2024, and still struggling.
    Worst thing is, recently the status of my file changed to on hold from in progress. When I questioned them, they immediately changed the status back to in progress. * **** **** **** ** ***** *** They should improve their communication channels and give update about their timelines beforehand.

    I needed a document evaluation for a work visa. WES on their website claims that document by document evaluation takes 7 working days. As suggested I uploaded my degree certificate, and my university sent them my transcript online and WES acknowledged that they received it on June 27. Several days have passed since the 7 working days, and I have contacted the customer service stating that I have a hard deadline of today (July 19) to report to my job, but all I am told is that the case is escalated, and no answer on why this delay. I never thought WES evaluation would be the most anxiety inducing part of the process. If you need an evaluation, ****** ******** *** ***** ************ ****** *** ** **** ****

    Terrible service, ** *** *** **** *******. They are apparently having major technical issues, every application is on hold, I’ve been trying to get verification for for four months, should be very simple, they have all the correct docs, still no estimate on when it will be completed. They take an age to respond or don’t bother responding at all. After spending hundred in couriers and fees, there is no end in sight. ***** ** *** ******

    It's almost everyday that I'm checking my account for updates but until now there was no change at all. I need my evaluation because it depends on the future of my family.
