    When I created an account with Flexiti, and used it to make a purchase, their customer service CONFIRMED to me that there is no payment required until my promotional period expiry date. I noticed they charged me interest on my account prior to my promotional end date. I paid my principle amount in FULL and on time. They still asked for the interest to be paid and sent my file to collections. ***** ******* ***** * **** ***** **** ** **** ********* *** ***** *** ** ****** **** ****** ***** ** ***** ***** Flexiti still charged me interest even though I paid the principle amount in full by the due date. ** *** *** *****

    Over paid by two months
    1. Called; they sent me an email link. Then the link asks me for
    my BANKING INFORMATION!!! They already had this to get the payment.
    2. Then, tell me I have to wait a month to get the refund.
    3. You should be able to sort this out on the phone.

    ** *** ****** ** *** ******** ******** **** **** ************ They may start off treating you with seeming respect BUT they are ************ WHO DO NOT respect basic business practices **** **** *** **** We started with this firm in May 2022. ***** ** * ******* ******* ****** *** needing a new mattress, we were ***** **** using them because of the ease of getting their 'financing' through the furniture company. As we engaged in a formalized wedding, we used them for more items in the early spring of 2023. Easy peasy. We are NOT stupid. Their 'contract signing fees' make their financing ludicrous compared to bank financing. Convenient. "Interest free!" financing, so they shouted on more documents... And then... ** *** ** ****** ********* We get paid once per month at the end of each month. WE specifically asked about due dates with each purchase and understood that these would be the 27th of each month. This was so. Indeed, one month this summer the due date was the 28th... Then, suddenly, in October 2023, their due date arbitrarily became the 23rd. And again in November. We called, asked why. They claimed it was their 'billing cycle'. We asked them to ensure that it was the 27th of each month as provided by EVERY other business we deal with. They refused. In December, their 'due date' changed to December 22. Today, because we refuse to play their games, we received a *********** call from one of their 'agents'. I listened to this gal tell us that, because December 23 was a Saturday, they arbitrarily advanced this 'due date' to December 22. ******** *** ******* ****. IF a due date falls on a weekend OR holiday, the business is to change it to the first day AFTER that holiday happens. WHICH MEANS that, even IF this company had ANY ***** right to change these due dates, they should have had a December due date of December 26, 2023. IT IS CLEAR that they DO NOT care one whit about contractual rights of ANY CLIENT. **** **** **** ***** ***********

    I purchased a stove paid the 430.00 taxes and fees and was gifted 1000.00 towards the purchase I paid the 1430.00 to flexiti. I then cancelled my order but can not get my money back from Flexiti have been trying since December 23rd ** *** **** *** * ******* *****  The customer service is horrible.

    Worst customer service. I have been trying to talk to them since morning and made around 20 calls with no luck in getting hold of an agent. I have already paid but still do not know why they are asking for the payment again. I do not know how to contact them.

    Very ********* monthly statements. The top of their statement had a pay by due date. We paid a few days before the statement due date to avoid interest. Week later got a an interest charge for more than the actual amount of the bill balance saying we didn’t pay by the promotion date. But their statement date showed a date of three later after the promotion date making it seem like we paid late. We talked to a supervisor who said the only they could reduce the interest marginally. Like I said the interest was more than the actual balance! Refused to give us options or transfer to higher manager to investigate further. The customer service wouldn't even provided his name. Never heard of this in any customer service department where they refuse escalation, not to mention the ********* statements that don’t provide the true due date. **** **** **** ********* ***** ** ******* *** *** **** ** **** *** ***** **** **** * ************ ********* *** **********

    I have this card for quite some time now. I purchase a second item after and did not see they are charging now insurance. So 200 dollars more on my bill. I can see this is a common issue. They charge it apparently and give you 30 to cancel!!! Why is this on my card after more than a year for a second purchase when it was already declined? How can they add something when you don't request it? This is obviously something that occurs often and they are making money by taking advantage that they know when your not charged for a year for your product you are less likely to look.

    Worst credit card of all. Confused with the statement due date paid online before the date and posted on online account same date on the statement. Charge with deferral fee.

    ***** ***** **** **** TRYING TO GET THIS CREDIT CARD - DEALING WITH THE PEOPLE AT THIS ORGANIZATION IS LIKE ***** I WISH I HAD NEVER APPLIED AND GOT THIS CARD. I CAN'T EVEN CANCEL IT WASTED SO MUCH TIME BEING VERIFIED BY & TRANSFERRED TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON ONE PHONE CALL & HAD TO GO THROUGH THE VERIFICATION PROCESS EVERY TIME. IT IS THE WORST CREDIT CARD I EVER GOT. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. **** **** **** ** *** **** *** *** ****** ** **** ** *** **** ** * ***** **** ** ******
