    I purchased a tire last year unfortunately I couldn’t pay the all amount I tried to login my account it’s says always error etc
    But today when I try to check my email I saw my statement balance went up
    I was to pay 1520cad within 12month but they now add 800cad saying saying charges I called and said the matter so side customer service the manager whom I talked is unprofessional he was like pay 600 dn I do give monthly payment I said I will pay ur money give me options u have charge me 800 without a single notice.he said if I don’t pay before 26 they will go more
    I need help am ********* I can pay monthly but charge me 800cad for nothing **** ** **** ***** *** **** ** **** ** **** ** *** ********** they are ******** putting ppl in hard times *** *********** *** **** ** **** *** *** ******** ** this kinda ppl who don’t care the customer they charge more even in statement it doesn’t say interest it’s just say product and service

    Terrible customer service, ******** ********* *******. **** ***** *** **** * ****** ********. They put my ***** furniture order on hold for no apparent reason. *** ***** **** ** **** **** ********** ********** ***** *******. Now I dont know why they switched to such a ******** financial company that treats you awful, oh well I guess I wont be shopping at the ***** anymore. ****** ** ***** ** **** ******* ********

    I made a purchase with Flexiti card at the ***** Store
    1) I purchased a 36 month interest free plan in August 2023. I missed a payments in the past. In December they cancelled my plan and started charging me interest because I missed payments prior to buying the plan. They won;t even refund the amount I paid to purchase the plan.
    According to Flexiti if you miss two payments in a year you're no longer eligible for the plan. Why wasn't I told I missed payments in past and that I'm not eligible for the plan.
    2) There is a charge from *** insurance. I never purchased that insurance and I never agreed to having insurance. They charged me for insurance as well.
    Worst service, full of ****, ******* customers of money. **** ***** **** **** **** *** **** **** *** **** **** *******

    **** ******* ***** ****** ***** **** **** ******* ********* ***. Today, I have a conversation with dispute department re interest for the late payment. The amount of interest was charged $17.35 for the days when I didn't own the product. It is not ridiculous? They charged me 3% of the purchased amount! I purchased the product on Oct 21, 2023 and I paid in November 28, 2023. The company calculates the interest from the statement cycles not date of the purchased product. The staff don't have any knowledge about calculation.The answer is :" It is done automatically by the system". If you have a questions, you need to contact, you should to contact "artificial intelligence". The managers of the company feels unpunished. They are **** and unhelpful. After my conversation with them, I fell that I was ******* ******** by people trained from this company how to deal with unhappy customers and mislead them. The staff doesn't have any knowledge about finance and also, they cannot give any contact info of billing and complain department. ****** ***** ***** *** **** **** ****** **** *** ***** *********

    Flexiti has made several errors on my account. Improper reporting and the account does not function as advertised. Trying to contact the company by phone is impossible. The self serve answering service does not have an option for being transferred to an agent. Email is challenging as the person responding does not do a thorough review of the account.

    warning **flexiti credit card**
    July 26, 2023 just before *** ***** is closed, i placed a mattress order which i have in mind and know how much. However, the *** ***** SR insist i should well use the flexiti card offer.
    I told him i have ****** **** no extra credit card is need but not successful. * **** ** **** ** ****. He said it will not, he also said the card will mail to me in couple days with the statement. He said" come back to this store to pay it with debit". I believe him.
    fexiti Card no show via mail until Nov 15th, 2023. (the letter with the card has no date, so fexiti can said whatever they want to)
    Sept 1, first e statement to me said zero balance
    Oct 11, second e statement to me said zero balance
    Nov 12, third e-statement to me said amount due plus deferral fee plus interest.
    Nov 13, 2023 9am , i call flexiti, a female voice said regardless whatever, payment have to make otherwise, the interest will continuous.
    I check through all email which no word on forward balance
    No physicals mail to me neither until Nov 15, 2023

    I orderd furniture thru ******* and applied for a Flexiti card. They never sent me a card for 3 months. I couldn't get my correct account number from them so every time I tried to get my statement online it wouldn't work because my account number was wrong. 3 months later they debit my account 30 dollars. Then the next month they debit my account 136.00. I received an email every month stating that my payment would come out of my account between the 21st and the 24. One month they took the payment on the 12th and just yesterday they took another payment out and it's only the 9th. When you try to talk to someone, it's virtually impossible. I have paid over 640.00 on my account so far and my balance has only been reduced by 20 dollars and I am getting charged for being over my limit which was caused by the company and their bogus charges. My account is over the limit from the beginning due to Flexiti not taking out payments on time and charging me a late fee every month. Read the fine print folks. I will be closing my bank account and hoping they send me to collections, at least when the account goes to collections the interest will stop. I will have to get a lawyer involved.

    ***** **** *** *** **** *** ***** ** *** **** ******* **** ********* ********** charged me almost a grand in interest on loan that wasn't supposed to have any interest until 2024. It is not 2024, and they claim they sent me a notice to pay some amount which they did not, and when I expressed such they told me I know how to check my account and should have been. Not if I was under the assumption it wasn't owed back until later, ** ******* ******* **** **** *****

My Loan was interest free and it am making payments on time, still after a year they start charging payments. **** * *** ** **** ******* ****** **** ** ****** *** ***** ***** **** ********* ****** ******
