      I've made this pirchase 10 days ago and have had the scale a FULL week. It has Not worked beyond reading my weight.
      I've reached out SEVERAL times and have not been able to get any resolve...just Long delays between communication and a Threat that if I returned it and the actual product worked (no mention if the apo), they would charge me a fee.
      **** ********* **** *** ******* *** *** **** ********* ****** ********* *** can Not get it to actually work.
      ***** ******* **** ** ** ***** * ***** I've pir based a $200 SCALE...and just want my money REFUNDED

      **** ******* **** **** **** ****** Order was placed and I attempted to cancel immediately as they didn't honor a discount code code I received. They instead offered me a discount that was a fraction of the original.
      It has now been almost two months and I have continued to submit emails asking for a full refund (they had no issue NOT sending me the product but getting my money back has been impossible for them). After filing a complaint with my CC company, I finally started to get timely responses and they have said that they can only help if I cancel my complaint which seems awfully convenient for them.
      No matter what I do, they always have a new excuse as to why I can't get my money back. **** **** **** **** ******** **********  Still hoping I can get my money back...some day.

      **** ******** ** * ******** ***** *** **** ** * ****** scale has no real perks and all claims of being able to measure body fat are false. They’re just a data broker company masquerading as a “health” company. Once I realized the scale will not display your body fat or any other metric than weight, I realized it was a ****. You must hook it up to a cell phone via Bluetooth using their app which asked for height. They calculate your “body fat” using BMI. I’m assuming they sell your health data to many different data brokers, and weight is something NO ONE wants to be sold to random powerful data brokers.
      If you’ve ordered a $200 scale, the only way to get a refund is to pay for the return shipping, get a tracking number to for proof of delivery, get postal insurance, *** ***** **** ***** *** refund once the tracking number shows it’s been received. *** *** **** **** ** ******** **** ** * ****** **** ********** (I got my refund asap **** * ********** ****).

      Ordered a **** ****** body pod on december 11th. Tracking says it was shipped 12-16.....and zero movement. Nothing has been delivered. They will only issue a refund if I refuse the package on delivery. Which I'm sure is lost by now, if it ever even got sent. Company has blocked me on all social media, doesn't respond to emails, and does not answer on their chat. ***** *** **** **** ********* I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank.

      Poor experience with both the product and dealing with this company.
      The **** Health bodypod does not deliver anywhere close to accuracy claims no matter how many different ways I was told to try to use the device by customer service, so I asked to initiate return.
      Customer Service said I was out of the return window despite the website clearly stating 60 days with no caveats and my bodypod having both been ordered and received well within the 60 day window.

      I've had an absolutely terrible time with this company. It took more than a month and much back and forth to receive the body pod I ordered. The customer service isn't helpful and gives vague answers without providing any solutions. They lie about their ship times and their response times.
      I got the app and signed up for the free Premium trial, I had issues with that and it took days to be resolved so I could actually use the premium features, which some weren't even working. When I asked about this they just said it was being updated and isn't available. Then I was charged for the premium subscription after the trial ended but there was an issue and I didn't have access to features for weeks, requested a refund and they kept putting it off and saying someone would reach out, finally some did and they said I was past the return policy, which was due to them not responding.
      I do not recommend this company at all. ** **** *** ****** ** ******* ***** ****** **** **********

      I’ve tried to go to Cubert Inc website located on my ****** because of charges. I get a warning saying this could be a imposter site . So no way of contacting this company to find out about charges ? Or even to cancel a subscription that I have no idea what it is for.

      I had a terrible experience with Hume’s customer service. My order was sent to an incorrect address, and despite notifying them before delivery, the package was not returned or rerouted properly. After weeks of contacting both Hume and the delivery company, I still haven't received the $200 product I paid for.
      Hume has refused to resolve the issue, showing little regard for their customers. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them, as their service is unhelpful and unresponsive.
