      ********* ******** *** faulty product. After shipping issues, I finally received my Body Pod. Yay! Upon opening the box, it does not work. I emailed a video to customer service, who agreed this was not the proper functionality. We are now 26 emails deep, and I am being told to pay additional money to return the non-working product. I am not allowed to speak to a manager. *** *** **** *** ******* ***** *** *********** ***** ******* What is most concerning is the company is hiding reviews from their personal website, which goes against *** guidelines. Bummed as I had a great experience with the ****, but the company no longer believes in customer service nor quality product.

      I have never received my product and have talked to customer service numerous times. It has been nearly a month since I placed an order and I still have nothing. Now they won’t answer my email or online messages requesting an update.

      Ordered a scale from FitTrack on February 2nd, 2024 and then received an email that the order was preparing to be shipped. The item never shipped so I contacted them and they said that it would be delivered the last week of February, citing problems with the product as the problem. On February 29th, I contacted them through email, which is the only form of customer service and have not hear a response. I asked them to refund my money and cancel the order. They have not responded to any emails.

      I ordered a scale on January 30th, 2023, and as of March 6th, 2024, I have still not received my scale. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they told me they would have scales shipped out no later than the end of February. The shipping status has never changed. Each time I have talked to them they plead that they need until the end of the week for shipment. It has been multiple weeks. I finally asked for a full refund and they now are ignoring me. ******** *********

      **** ***** ******** I ordered a scale over a month ago and still have not received it. Their response is it should go out tomorrow over and over again, or we would like to offer a lifetime guarantee for any problems with the scale. I've requested a refund and they beat around the bush and do not honor my request. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund from this ***** company.

      I ordered two scales and they did not work . They sell you a subscription to use it with your phone . When I returned my scales I canceled my subscription . They charged me for the subscription not once but twice . Refused to refund . They do not answer the chat, emails are not returned *** *** ******** *** *** . I asked to speak to the manager and no response .

      **** ******* ** * **** *** * ******* They print a **** label and tell you it’s ready to ship. I’ve been told twice over an 11 day period that my order “was waiting by the warehouse door ready to be picked up. They refuse to refund my money. **** **** *** **** **** ***** *******
