      Same as below. Canceled my order after months of delays, requested refund. Still waiting 6 months later. Excuse after excuse. * ******* *** ******* ** * ***** Note that the same scale has been available on ****** for many months.

      ** ***** *** * **** **** ****** * ***** ****** *** I order a scale in October 2021. Never received the scale. The company continued to tell me it would ship in the next 6 to 8 weeks. It never happened. I requested a refund in February 2022. I was told it would take a while to process the refund. Still no refund August 2022. * ***** ****** **** **** ****** **** ** ***** **** **** ** ****** ** **** ***** ******* **** *** ******** This company should not be allowed to be in business.

      I did not receive my scale 5 moths after I ordered it. I cancelled order and asked for a refund. It has now been over 4 months, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I email them, ut is a standard response of something like, "We are sorry you have not received your refund. We are delayed right now."

      Has anyone received their refund yet? I, too, placed an for 2 scales; one for me and one as a gift. We never received our order and every time i inquired, the delay was blamed on supply chain issues. I canceled my order and have yet to receive my money. I email them through ******** messenger because this is the only way to get in contact with someone and they keep saying they are investigating. This is ridiculous!
