      Very disappointed. My first scale stopped working so I ordered another one. Due to manufacturing delays, they kept moving up my ship date. I contacted them to request a refund and they said they could not refund me because I paid with ****** (I don't even have a ****** account)! Never received the scale and they took my $100.

      Would not refund money for the product of original payment. Wanted to wire transfer or Venmo cash. So lost money on my end. Do not *** **** ******* ** expected a timely response from their customer services.

      I also ordered a scale in November 21, forgot I ordered it, and got an email Sept 22 saying that it was about to be shipped. Four mins later I contacted them asking to cancel the order, they responded saying they would help, but wanted to know why I wanted to cancel. I told them I had ordered another scale already. Then they told me they couldn't cancel. Five days later, scale arrived, and customer service was happy to send me a shipping label for a free return. Had to go to ******* to use ***** ******* instead of ***, ****, or *****. Thirty days later, I have been arguing with them daily over email for my refund, which they will only provide via ****** or a bank transfer, asking me for all of my personal info, which I refuse to provide. They refuse to credit back the credit card as it was almost a year ago (why did they charge the card prior to shipping?) and also refused my offers of ***** (which I use, ****** I don't...) or a check. The audacity of the customer service agents who NEVER SIGN THEIR NAME is astonishing. No published phone number, refuses to call me to discuss. Anyone else up for a Class Action Lawsuit? I'm all ears.

      Placed order 1 year ago. No shipment, no refund. Cannot get a response but can order on ****** with prime.shioment in 2 days. How does that make sense?

      I too ordered this product in Dec 2021 and never received the product, I canceled in April and as of 8/30/22 after reaching out every two weeks, I still don't have my refund. They can only be reached by messenger and they respond but just say accounting is working on refunds in order of request and they are still working on it. Can't dispute charges with bank because it's been over 60 days. Honestly I don't believe they are refunding anyone. Someone is benefiting from all that money they took in!!! Fraud is the word that comes to mind.

      I never received refund or product since 10/29/21..... ** *** *** **** *******. I have been messaging them. They do not have a phone line customer service. Still Trying to get back my money! No product and no money. ******. Dealing with BBB now and ****** to get back money!

      * ***** **** **** ***** ** ********* I paid well over $100 dollars for a scale that never worked and a worthless lifetime warranty. I ordered my scale in August 2021 got it late October. I emailed and then chatted with the repair tech to see if he could get it to work. I was told to send it back for a replacement and they were going to charge me for another one but at a discount. After arguing about it being covered under their lifetime warranty I shipped the scale back and was told a replacement was on the way. This is in November 2021. It is now August 2022 I still have no scale after multiple emails and chats I have no refund. **** ******* ** ******* *** * *****

      I ordered a scale in December 2021 and still haven't received it. I have emailed them countless times and although apologetic have yet to receive the product or a refund.
