      ****** ** ****** **** ***** ****. You can never reach a representative **** ** **** ** ****** *** *** *** ****** ** **** ** * *** **** *****. If you run into any issues for example the wrong name on tickets you are out of luck. The airlines will send you back to Airmiles whose customer services doesn't exist. Hours of waiting on hold and still not reaching anyone. Not to mention is you want travel insurance you are forced to go through ******** which is triple of what the airlines cost directly ooh and not to mention it took 3 days to reach ******** to try to get coverage. One big joke. ***** *** ********* ****** ******** ******** ******* ** *** ******** *** *****

      Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen 4 calls on hold over an hour I’ll be cancelling all my accounts with BMO on Tuesday after 25 years with BMO services

      The air miles reward program is a joke. The website does not work and the “chat” support is totally useless. It is impossible to talk to anyone since phone calls are unanswered.       Booked a flight using my airmiles. Flight was cancelled by the airline. Tried to get ahold of Airmiles to see if I can get any refund, can not get ahold of anyone. Their phone lines just hang up on you. I tried to get a call back, (only option a week later) no one called back. I tried the online chat, no help there. Really terrible customer service as there is none available!! I will not be booking a flight through them again.

      ***! What is wrong with this company??? I have been on hold for FOUR hours. I tried calling last night and was on hold for over an hour, and gave up. I have been unable to make a booking on-line for who knows what reason... tried multiple times with different credit cards. In the meantime the flights that I want are going up in price. *** ********

      I have tried calling at least 10 times over the past 2 weeks to discuss a flight change notification that I received and does not work for me. Of those calls, I have been on hold 5 times for more than an hour and finally hung up as I had other things to do and the other 5 said they are not taking any more calls due to high call volume. They are supposed to take calls until 7pm according to their website and I have tried calling over lunch

      The worst ever program. Just wondering how they are running their business. This is the first time dealing with them. I redeemed my points for flight booking. Wanted to change and been on hold for second day in row. It is now more than three hours. Yesterday I opted for a callback and auto call in afternoon that call back time is 7 days. * **** ***** *** **** **** *** **** ** **** *** ** ******* **** ******** ***** **** ***********

      I've been collecting miles for years...not very many points collected as I live rurally, that part is my fault. However, I wanted to transfer my air miles to my relative...it will cost me .15 per mile to transfer them...there should be no cost to transfer miles or at the least a cap on the cost. I have spent two days on hold as they were "experiencing higher than normal call volume" so I selected call back and after two hours they called back and said they couldn't complete the call back as there were no customer service reps available to help me. They offered me the option of a call back as far as a week later but didn't give me "dates" so that I would know when they would call, but only days of the week, and I didn't know if they meant my current week or the following week. I wanted to be called the next day at the latest, but it was unclear when they would actually call me back. On top of that it didn't matter how many times while waiting on hold the next day I told them I didn't want call back they continued to force me to press the button saying I didn't want callback every ten minutes so I couldn't even just relax and wait for a human to answer. This kind of service is theft. I go shopping at specific places in order to collect points. If I can't even do what I need to do with those points in a timely fashion....that is theft. Shame on you Air Miles...Pull up your socks, you have no excuse. Hire some staff. I understand it is switching ownership to ***, I hope they perform better.
