      Absolutely terrible service! I have tried multiple times to book a rental car out of Halifax airport, and have not been able to book online, being given the same message regarding experiencing technical difficulties, and then calling to be put on hold for hours, with nobody responding. It seems to be impossible to contact this company. **** ******

      Absolutely ********** nonexistent customer service. Second day of waiting for 21/2 hours to be told we could not be serviced that day. Today we found out we could be serviced next week, after our flight departure. I am totally shocked by how bad this is. ***** ** ********.

      I’ve tried four times to get a hold of one of their so called ambassadors and have waited at least an hour each time. I honestly believe that the phone number I’m calling is not monitored. So much for customer service *** *

      Brutal customer service! I booked a flight with my Air Miles received a reservation code & Airline confirmation code only to be told at the check in counter that my Air Miles were not applied and my seat only reserved so I had no flight. I have been trying to contact them since Nov 5 2023 with no response. Oh and don’t even bother trying the customer service number- no one answers!

      This company has the worst customer service possible. How can you not have the staff to adequately deal with customers? On hold for over 1 hour both times I called. I gave up this second time and left my number, but will anyone call me back? ***** ** ** **** **** *** *** *** ******* ****** **** ***** listen and fix the problem. ** * ***** **** * * ** * ******* * ****** Shame

      On Dec 6 2023 i was on hold for 1hr45 mins with no "ambassador" attending to my call. I wrote airmiles that same day and here we are Dec 12 with no reply. I am currently on hold and have been for 54 minutes with the same result- no ambassador picking up my call. 10 thumbs down to this program. Horrible lack of service from what they call AMBASSADORS - a big joke.

      We have been trying for a number of months to resolve a credit for flights that were canceled going to and from Yellowknife in the summer due to the Fires. We were first told we had a credit that had to be used with in 13 months. When we tried to use the credit we are told we have no credit. We did get our airmiles but still waiting for our money. We have requested in writing to confirm what they have told us with no reply. Every time you try and phone you have to wait hours and then they say they will call back at certain time and date but they do not call. We have sent messages to them via ****** **** , Fax and E-mail with no reply. *** *** ****** **** **** ******* ** ** ******** ****** ** ***** ******* *

      Brutal lack of service. Tried going online with with account. Tried everything I was asked. Entered my account number, reset pin, email,reset password nothing. Left a message with customer service for a call back from an ambassador??? Still waiting one and a half hours. ***** **** *** *********

      Atrocious customer service, in that they are hopelessly understaffed. Thus ridiculous wait times to talk to anyone. As I type this I have been on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes, and counting.
