      I just called for a quote and the ****** lady said I was using a tone she "did not like". Do your reps know I've been on the phone with the TD automated system for the past hour? TD, your customer service representatives are terrible, not friendly *** ****** ** ************ I have home insurance, auto insurance and she hung up. Now what??> i spend another hour to get to someone who doesn't like to talk to customers??

      Canceled both my auto and tenent policies after their computer didn't take my pre authorized payment that I have paperwork for and authorized. Then I had to reapply for their insurance again at double the cost. I have been a customer of TD since 1994 and never had a problem till now when they went automated on most their products

      I went online to get a Car Insurance Quote on their website. I received a quote and then proceeded to purchase the insurance online. I was then prompted to call into the service department to finish the purchase. Once I called they re-quoted a price that was 80% higher than the on-line quote. When I asked why it was so much higher, they said it was due to an issue with the on-line quoting system on their website in Quebec, and it won't be fixed until June (30 days from now). I feel that this quoting system should be shut down in Quebec if it is not producing proper quotes. ********** **** ** * ***** *** ******* ********* **** ** ********
      I actually cancelled my insurance renewal with my current provider based on the quote from TD. I was expecting maybe a difference of 20% when finalizing the policy, but not 80%.

      I just had a claim with td insurance. I had the worst adjuster ever. Her communication was lacking *** *** *** *** ****. I called her and her call disconnected. She then called Me on a private line *** *** ** **** ** *** *** **** * *** ****** ******* I was having a hard time understanding her speech. *** **** ***** ** ****** *** ***** ** ** *** ***** ** **** ** *** ** ***** **** ** **** **** ************ ******. ********* ************* ** * ******

      ** ********* *** ******* ** ******** ****** a claim which occurred during a sudden rain/thunder storm where water came through my roof and damaged my kitchen. TD's preferred restoration company ***** ******* (in my area) made the situation even worse. The individual (whos name will not be mentioned) came out and falsely claimed information (on November 2nd) about the current state of my house and what happened. I gave him pictures on the day the incident occurred which showed tarps on my roof which were put there to stop further damages from occurring. Tarps had long been removed. This individual had 30 photos in his report and 18 of them were mine. They originally declined the claim. I appealed his information. TD called numerous contractors (that I had in to get estimates) and rescinded ***** ******** report. I then had a third party restoration company come out and provide an estimate to TD insurance. After the long drawn out appeal process they said they would cover the claim but only $13,000. Third Party Restoration Company figured around $42,000. After appealing that yet again and having the third party Restoration Company provides an estimate on December 15th 2023 to TD insurance. I would email several times every week and make phone calls, not only to my TD adjustor but also to his boss, nothing would happen. On my adjustors voicemail it clearly states that he will get back to you within 24hours. Emails sent would not get a response or if I did get a response, it would be vague and answers would not be answered. Questions such as who is liable for the damages that have occurred in the last 4 months since I reported this issue? Finally after 3 months I got a settlement option (which once again TD used first general for). There settlement option was almost half of what the 3rd party restoration company figured it would be. Worst part is the problem is ongoing, likely getting worse in the walls and the health and safety of my family could be jeopardized.

      What an utterly disappointing experience and emotional strain dealing with TD ********************* ******* South..My 2023 ***** CRV has been in their possession for nearly four months, and now I'm being told they lack technicians and require additional time. It's been four months now and I'm still waiting for them to finish the repair.For the past four months, I've been covering the rental expenses out of my own pocket as TD continues to postpone the repair. It seems they have little concern, as they aren't contributing to my rental costs, yet they collect insurance premiums regularly.Their adjustors' lack of responsiveness is frustrating; emails go unanswered, and phone conversations are nearly impossible to arrange. There's a glaring absence of transparency and adequate updates. I now regret consenting to have my car repaired at their recommended shop.

      I have had so many issues with TD ** ** ********** ******. From not being able to even contact customer support, to me having to notice and call about them failing to take a payment, my policies being LOST because of system changes, my address not being changed (despite MANY phone calls to correct it) and now they have decided that despite me having NOT renewed my auto policy (which I routinely paid on an annual basis, not monthly) they decided of their own accord to NOT cancel it, and then cancel it for nonpayment and sent my account to debt collections. When I called to have this matter corrected, once again I was told there was no record of my call to cancel. Which is the same thing I’ve been told every time I’ve had to call multiple times on a single issue. TD is nothing but a giant bully who thrives off of stealing from its clients. It took me 6 months and MANY phone calls, to get a refund for an overpayment! Garbage company with zero customer support.
