      * **** **** **** ******* ** ****** ** ******* ***** **** ***** ********* ** ******** ****** **** *** **** I got all my insurance policies cancelled and got the paperwork for it. Now, they are still sending me letters with outstanding balance and just telling me about so called adjustments made on the policy that they can’t even explain clearly.

      Worst ever customer service. Had rear ended in April still dealing with insurance in September. No one returns calls or emails.

      I have never experienced a worse customer service experience than with TD.
      Their staff has no idea what they are talking about and cancelled my policy after I asked them not to.
      Trying to speak with them on the phone has been a nightmare of multiple 2 hour calls.
      They are all very limited and unhelpful. I only spoke to one helpful person.
      They increased my premium by $200/month and no one could tell me why the 53% increase. I found out on my own that this was due to high theft and i just needed to have a Tag tracking device installed, which they would reimburse me for...
      Wish the first person told me this and saved me 6 hours of calls after this.

      On aug 8 2023 in speaking with andrew of td insurance. No payment was going to come out on 20th as advised I was a month ahead. Then on aug 21 or 22 I had recived a text from my bank to cover funds to avoid and nsf fee of $45. Laer speaking wth td insurance they agreeded to cover the nsf fee as it was there mistake. I had advise my bank of the matter. I sent a screen shot of my bank statement as proof twice as td insurance send three emails stating they didnt recieve it. I kept on calling then about this matter as I had no intension of giving up. They are sending my nsf check to civer the amout agreeded

      Horrific claim experience! TD Insurance kept a seniors vehicle with no replacement rental for 2.5 months to fix a vandalized back window with dangling electrical parts.
      The amount of money & time TD Insurance wasted on this $1100 claim is unheard of that they can call this a competent business. Unacceptable no one is accountable, not even their complaints department, for returning my vehicle NOT OPERATIONAL. I have reached out to complaints department 3 times to no avail. Nor do Supervisors return calls or provide email addresses.
      After receiving my vehicle back after almost 2.5 months, my vehicle then parked directly from their shop and now has NO electric power steering and the back window supposedly fixed now pops open when driving!! This is how they fixed my vehicle and they think that’s OK after keeping my vehicle for 2.5 mo thx and returning it in operational.
      When you try to close the window it feels like the window will break as the moulding they used is not only very cheap but does not fit properly.
      As has been the case for the last 2.5 months no one returns calls and no one has responded to my 3 official complaints that I have spent hours trying to locate my vehicle and now that it is finally returned it is unsafe to drive and NOT operational and certainly not returned in the working order it was given to TD.
      As a last resort I told TD this is NOT how we do business in Canada or treat a senior.
      Despicable customer service and incompetent repairs

      I would cancel my insurance today over this horrible service but I would pay the penalty and TD has cost me enough over this ridiculous claim. I definitely won’t be renewing with this money and time wasting incompetent company and staff.

      After 30 years TD insurance I had to submit a claim. What a nightmare. They are quick to collect our money, but very poor service in return. The broker taking care of my claim knows that I am having difficulty with their preferred restoration company ******. Nothing getting done. They have left me to fight my own battle. I had a flood march 12, took a week to have anyone come in and pull out the carpet. The whole house smelled musty. When I contact the insurance broker her reply was, "I have not had this happen before, you can call them". Five months later I am still fighting with ****** to get my work done and my TD insurance broker who was supposed to call me back, has not done so. Once the repairs are complete I will be moving insurance companies. ***** *** ********* ** *********

      ** ********* ******* ******* *** ***** **** *** **** **** ** *** **** ** *** ** ***** * * When covid hitch, you were allowed to call in and get 2 months without paying and then it would start up again. Well TD went 2 years without charging me,. I had no idea,. I assumed it was going through, my bad there. I don't understand why they left it so long until 2 years later when oh oh, someone realized that I wasn't being charged and now they want it all. So now TD' had sent it to collections and expect me to pay me to pay it all. What insurance company lets you go 2 years without paying !!!. After one if the payment doesn't go they cancel you and now you have to pay the whole year now. Get this I got a renewal in the mail . **** *** ***** why are they sending me a renewal when it was supposed to be canceled when it was sent to collections This is unbelievable, now they won't cancel the policy until I pay what I owe from them not canceling it. So they will keep charging me and charging me. This is ridiculous. It was a big mistake on their part, l, and I'm suffering from it, like I said what other insurance company would let you go 2 years without making any payments. See my dilemma, I'm really stuck.

      TD Insurance - car Auto
      I was rear ended on March 17, 2023. I have been dealing with my Adjuster Kiran Jaswal. It has been a nightmare with these people. ****** ** *** *** ***** **** ***** ******* ** ****** *** 
      This is the 2nd time my car has been rear ended and the whole process wth them has been so stressful *** **** *************** She does not return calls or emails and leaves you out of the loop. ** *** **** **** *** ** ***** ******** ****** ******* My car was deemed drivable only for it to fall apart on the highway **** * ***** *****

      Today I had the most excruciatingly horrible customer service call with "Gulshandeep", who absolutely DELIGHTED in making my call as annoying as possible. I told her I wanted coverage for a motorcycle with only liability, and she went out of her way to prolong the call to get me to purchase additional coverage.
      I told her 5-10 times to stop trying to get me to purchase additional coverage and she delighted in arguing with me and ignoring my requests multiple times. I believe that if the call is recorded, she's going in for retraining, if not being outright fired.
      She also put me on hold three times, for an inordinate length of time, just for extra giggles.
      When I finally got the chance to complain to her supervisor, Logan, I was informed that she hadn't done anything wrong and that is the policy. Customer service is no longer important, I was told, but they are obligated to offer additional coverage, even after being told not to multiple times.
      So there you are. These people don't care about their customers; all they care about is trying to sell you extra coverage and if this annoys you? TOO BAD.
