      On June 5th 2022 I ordered a compression sock from Sockz.com. On June 10th they confirmed my order #****** for 28.94. Never heard from them again. I sent multiple emails and got no response. I found a phone # for them that did not work. I want my sock or my money back. **** *** ********* ****** ** *** ** **** * **** ******* ***** * ********* **** *** ******** ******* ****. I also sent them a letter to **** ***** ******* ***** Buffalo NY. Whether they will get it or respond to it I don't know. I would really like to get my sock or my money back!       I have been attempting to reach comfy sandals to request a return label since 08/15/22 and today is 09/02/2022. I placed an order for 4 pairs of sandals and need to return 3 pairs all within the 30 day time limit. I have sent 6 emails to the email address listed on the website and no response. I called the phone number listed as the contact number on the website and had to leave a message. I'm not expecting to get a return call based on other complaints I have read. All I want is a return label so I can return the 3 pairs of shoes and get a refund to my credit card of sale. Also, I have supporting files from the comfy sandals website but when I try to upload, they are ghosted out.

      I ordered a Reversible Umbrella on July 7, 2022.
      To date I have never received it.
      I was charged for it and have contacted them about 6 times but get no answer as to where my merchandise is.

      I order 3 pairs of sandels from the company and the purchase was charged to my credit card. Order number. *****. This was on 19 July 2022. I received on pair of sandels and the other two have not been received. I tried contacting customer service and was given a message number ******. I received no further communication and have sent several further requests for resolution that have been ignored.

      ORDER #******; ORDERED SIZE 9 RED COMFORT SLIP-ON SANDALS ON OR ABOUT JULY 5, 2022. MONEY WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. RECEIVED SANDALS ON OR ABOUT JULY 25, 2022. SANDALS DID NOT FIT. I HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR AND WHEN I COMPARED THEM, THESE SIZE 9 RED SANDALS ARE CLEARLY AT LEAST A HALF SIZE TOO SMALL. TRIED CALLING SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS THAT I FOUND ON LINE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND THEN DISCONNECT (***-***-****; ***-***-****; 754-***-****).       A charge of $50.95 appeared on my ******** ******* card dated 7/2/22. I did not recognize this charge, so went to their website....no such number, no such email address....all buttons on site were dummies....I would like to have my card credited for the forestated amount....
      *********** was the reference number displayed next to the charge...This company was An and Associates out of Canada.....hope you can help.
