      I did a ****** image search for an advent calendar sold out at target. The company advertised the exact same calendar instead of it being squishmals they replaced with marshmallows. No warning and the kids I purchased these for are too young for them. I immediately emailed to cancel as it was false advertising. I was asked if I wanted to cancel. I immediately responded with Yes. Days later I received an email stating item has shipped. There is zero tracking. They could have cancelled. They used the same photo to bait customers. Which is completely wrong

      I purchased the product I would receive 3 to 7 business days instead I received it 20 days later and the product was not as advertised so I attempted to return it however they don’t provide return labels and on the website their address is in Buffalo New York however they want you to return the product to China and never provided a return address and basically refuses to give me my money back.

      Ordered 2 pair of Judy Blue jeans from the company. Received my order on Oct 29th and was scammed by the company, they sent me cheap pieces instead.
      I have emailed and they refuse to send me a full refund unless I pay an additional $30-$60 shipping back the their warehouse in China, although they claim to be operating out of New York. I paid $79 and want my complete refund with a shipping label to send them back. They have only offered 15 - 20% refund and a gift card to spend more money on their website. There are plenty of reviews of others who have been scammed and I should have checked before ordering, but wont stop til I get my refund.

      Placed an online order for multiple pairs of pants in Oct 2024. It took weeks to get my order and the sizes were too big. I started a return request with the company only to be told I could either pay to ship the items to China or accept a 15% refund. To ship back to China would cost more than my $89 order. **** ******* ** * ***** **** ************* **** *** *** ***** **** ******** Then I end up with two fraudulent charges on my credit card for gift cards to BHN.

      I purchased a dress from this company in September and needed to return it within the 30 day time frame. The dress was the wrong color and did not fix correctly. I followed the below return policy on their website and never received a response:

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      I placed an order for a dress. Immediately after placing it, I realized the dress would not arrive in time for when I needed it. I emailed them to let them know this and request cancellation. I followed up again when I received an update that my order was being processed. They took 4 business days to reply (not the 1-3 they advertise on website) and told me it has been packed and is at carrier to be shipped and they won’t cancel. No phone number on website for customer service. I emailed to cancel on 10/18 the same evening it was ordered

      I ordered a dress on August 5th 2024 and it arrived by mail on September 3rd 2024.
      I immediately emailed the company requesting as return as the dress looked nothing like the picture and was damaged. They replied to me “We would like to remind you that shipping fees for the return and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.”
      And requesting I ship it to China, even though they advertise the company is in America. It’s over $135 for me to ship this back to the place in China they are requesting

      3 shipping companies were also unable to locate a proper address with what they gave me and said it might get lost once it’s in China.
      They also state on their website To start a return, you can contact us at ****@*************.com. “If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.”
      They never ever state anything about China or paying for your own return shipping, but when they email they said they’d “like to remind you”
      I have been going back and forth with customer service agents via email and never offered a solution other than shipping it back with my own money and not getting refunded for shipping or receiving a 20% discount. I spent $40USD, $51.39USD total with shipping. I’m not getting an $8 refund.
      There is no phone number and they are barely reading my email or acknowledging that the dress was defective. The strings with the design were coming off.
