      Placed an order for a hoodie on December 7, 2022. December 9 , 2022 received a email saying my order was shipped and the tracking number is **************** . This tracking number has never worked and I have never received the item . Have sent 6 emails which has never been responded to. My order number is ***** . Very disappointed and upset as this was for my grandson . Now I am out the money and no present for him

      AN & Associates, I believe acted on behalf of Shirts in Style (***** ***** ******** and charged my credit card for an order of 3 shirts. I got the shirts, but they were too small. Shirts in Style's return/refund policy is to email them requesting to return the products. They did not reply. They have no phone number. My credit card company ******** ******* is investigating this case. If indeed AN & Associates is working with Shirts in Style, their phone is not working either, * ***** ** *******. Shirts in Style did live up to their end of the initial deal, but fell apart when it came to asking for a different size shirt and a refund. ***** ****** ** ****** ** ****** **************************

      Placed an order successfully of $44.94 (original paint by number/******* ***** *****). Received an email stating my order was shipped; the address info was blank & the tracking link was only a pic. I’ve emailed the company 3 times & called over 9 times. Their phone number does not work & no one has emailed back. I want my money back & to no longer do ANY business with this company or any branch of them

      I purchased two front doors and two rear doors LED car door lights sills for $83.99 with tax included on November 15, 2023. Until now, I have not received any of those items. An update with tracking details would be appreciated. No emails regarding the order. Nothing at all. I tried to call the number (800) 400-0388 showing up on the BBB website, and it says that the number is not in service at this time. Here is the address that is also on the BBB website: AN & Associates; Address: 2740 Slough St, Mississauga, ON L4T 1G3; How are we customers supposed to get in touch regarding the items we ordered? **** ***** **** ** * ****. Please investigate. I paid through ******. Either they deliver my items as soon as possible, or I want a full refund. $83.99 is not a small amount. Thank you.

      I ordered a gift for Xmas for my daughter

      No confirmation e mail regarding order sent, nothing.

      They charged my debit card- $54. & change

      Then I randomly get a “text from them w a shipment #” ran it through usps when a label has been created but nothing has shipped… Bevsuse it never will

      I ordered 3 items from the website Ashleyjewels.com on 11/04/21. Order number ******. On November 26th, 2021 my package was delivered with only one of the three items I ordered. I did not receive the elephant love keychain which was $16.00 or the good luck elephant pendant which was $3.00. I have been reaching out to this company with many emails and never got a response.       Ordered 10/8/22 never received any email confirmation. I was charged $72.97. I emailed 5x and no response . Phone number never answers. It’s been 30 days no response and want a refund
