      This company is NOT located in the United States! I ordered Christmas gifts. It wasn’t until I reported them to ****** that I got my products.

      I ordered three items based on what was presented on their website and received items that were NOT the same. **** * **** *** ****** *** **** ** *** **** ******  I have tried multiple times via email to get a return address but they have now gone radio silent and don't respond to any emails. They won't accept a return unless they send you an acknowledgement.
      I will try to dispute the charge with my credit card company but not very optimistic.

      * ***** **** **** ******* * **** ** * ****** **** ******* ** * ****** I ordered a sweater for Christmas as a gift and not only have I still not received it, but I checked the tracking status and the company put in an email address as the shipping address! I have emailed the company several times and have yet to receive a response. ** *** *** **** **** ********

      My item did not fit properly. After answering many questions about the status of the item (it wasn't worn, all tags on, etc) The return process wasn't transparent on the website that you need to return any items to China.  By the time I pay for that, its not worth it to spend the time to send without any guarantee that I would actually receive my money back.
      The refund site stated that you will send a shipping label, which is not consistent with the process that was sent to me by email. Oddly enough, it was wharehoused here and shipped from NY, so it's a scam that you have to send back to China. In summary, ok product but return and refund process and practice is misleading.

      This business is definitely a scam. They post false advertisements, have horrible customer service and do nothing to fix any issues customers may have. Do NOT shop at this retailer.

      The price you pay is not worth the product received. I ordered 4 advent calendars and only received 3. Ordered the fishing lures, stitch charm bracelet, football, and chirstmas slim. The fishing lures were basically all the same, the football figures were not as pictured on the site, and I didn't receive the slime calendar. I reached out to get a refund solely for the missing calendar which was extremely frustrating. Will not recommend nor order from this company again.

      I placed an order for what looked like a very cute advent calendar on 11/11. This item wasn’t even shipped until 11/27. It arrived on 12/12. 12 days into the calendar. Opening it I could tell this was a very cheap knock off. Even my daughter pointed out the differences in the things on the package vs the actual item. Be careful buying from this store.

      Bear R Us will present as a US-based company (with a New York address); however, they are merely a virtual front for a direct-from-China-warehouse business. **** ***** **** **** **** ********* **** *************** *** **** *** ********* ** **** they actually mark up the prices by 300-400% over those other sites for the EXACT same products. I know because Bear R Us charged me $49.99 for the exact same product, coming from the exact same manufacturer in China, as ****'s $6.85 version. A side-by-side comparison shows that they are identical in every way.
      More so, if you even ATTEMPT to return the product, you are stuck in a death-loop with ******* customer services agencts that will only offer the following options: you pay shipping back to China and wait for them to "determine" if you get a refund, you get a 20% discount to keep the products, or you can get a 50% voucher to use on their site later. Not even logical solutions!!

      This company sells counterfeit goods! They advertised a Plush Advent Calendar using photos and videos of an actual ************ ************ advent calendar, a popular, hard to find, item at the time. I placed an order since they looked legit with an address in Buffalo, NY.
      I received confirmation of my order immediately. A few days later I received confirmation of shipment with tracking information. The tracking documentation showed the item was shipped from Hangzhou China. Shipping took much longer than advertised.
      The item received was not what I ordered, was packaged in a poorly printed box displaying the ************ ************ logo and pictures, contained spelling errors on the box, and was clearly too small to be what it was advertised as. Inside I found small, plastic, 1" figurines that were clearly not ************* but a poor attempt at a copy.
      Contacted the company, complained that I didn't receive what I ordered and that I had reason to believe they were counterfeit. Response was that I could receive 10% credit back to my credit card or return the items and wait for the "real" product.

      Expected **** **** brand jeans paid the price of what **** **** brand is yet received poor quality counterfeit jeans from Asia.
