    For me, a company that provides a non-essential service that needs automatic renewal and asks for your credit card, is a company that reflects a lack of confidence in the service it provides.
    In my opinion this is neither correct nor should it be legal and for this reason we should not accept it when they condition us for the service, for me it should be an option.
    Today I cancelled the service because the automatic renewal, they charged me the last 3 months $25 each. I am not agree with that at all! not matter the efforts with discounts rates to they do to retain my business.

    After a vacation break they restarted my account and took two payments with out my authorization. When I notified them , they made humungous efforts with discounted rates to retain my business. But I said NO and they said I would receive a refund for the payments. This never happened, a partial radio app service continued. So I contacted them again. Got the same hard sell BUT I stuck at it, and managed to agree to
    $15:31 refund (or so I thought).
    This morning I checked my CC account and saw that a request for a payment of $6.72 TO THEM was pending.!!! I contacted them about these **** and ********** payments, and have been told that amount was outstanding!! Again I have requested payment reversal, /no more payments be made. ,/ cancel the subscription. BUT I have no confidence in a satisfactory outcome. *** ****** *** ******** ***** ******** ***** *** *** ******** ************ ******* *** **** ***** **** ** ****** ***

    Every year they bump my price back to the full $23 a month. I was paying $5 a month for it until last month. **************** said we will give you at $10 when she talked to her seniors. I hate the stupid promotion thing every year just give me a price and stick with it. **** *** *** ** *** ******* ******** *******

    * ***** **** *** ***** *** ***** *********** High pressure tactics, make it nearly impossible to cancel or to speak to a manager. I was loyal for 4+ years, but cancelled when they wanted to double the price. I don't use the service enough to justify the price. It took 30 minutes on the phone, with ************** people and unprofessional background noise that made it difficult to hear the person(s) I was speaking to. Eventually cancelled, but now, multiple phone calls daily, all times night and day. I have even answered a few times and the person either does not say anything, just hear background noise or is ****. Blocking does not help.
    Plus multiple emails, plus paper mailing asking me to come back, still with the higher price. I called to speak to a manager or supervisor and have been told that is not possible, that I would have to speak to an account specialist. * ****** **** **** * ** ******* ******** *** **** ** *** *****  The business plan is flawed and they do not care, they just keep hassling. I am considering filing a formal complaint for all the disruption they have caused me.

    I purchased a vehicle two years ago. Had to make many phone calls to stop the ********** ** non-step emails, phone calls, and marketing material sent to my address. It finally stopped.
    Fast forward to now, I purchased another vehicle in December 2023. Since then I have been receiving emails, phone calls, and marketing material in the mail after being told this will not happen again. I phoned Sirius and was told they have unsubscribed me from every phone/mailing list in their system. The agent claimed they were unable to delete my account because I had an active free trial. A trial I never signed up for.
    Today, after receiving emails from Sirius after being told I was removed from all mailing lists, I phone again. The agent confirmed I was not on any marketing lists and is unsure of how the email reached my inbox. After requesting my account, and any data related to it being deleted I was told to email their privacy team, and given the choice to continue my free trial, or cancel it. The agent tried to make a decision for me and told me he will continue the trial which will automatically expire from my account. I had to remind the agent why I am phoning and I do not want any trials or contact from SiriusXM regardless of what matter they are inquiring about.
    ***** business practices, poor customer support.

    After speaking with four agents over three separate occasions contacting, they would not give me the same rate I had last year and that is currently available to new customers. I was told I would get a callback from a manager within 24 hours. No call. 5 days later I called them. No luck even when speaking to the "supervisor" that said they couldn't help me and wouldn't transfer me to anyone else because no one else could apply the promotional rate. I have been a loyal customer with an active account for 10 years... but after all this nonsense, I cancelled and am finally free from this ****** company.

    High pressure sales and inability to communicate or listen to requests. Had on both vehicles and called to remove on one, but they removed the wrong one. Seems both are cancelled now, and honestly, it means I never have to speak with them again which is probably a good thing.

    I received an Email from SIRUSXM CANADA. In part, it read - "YOUR FREE SIRUSXM TRIAL HAS BEEN ACTIVATED!"
    "YOUR TRIAL DETAILS" that where listed included - my Car Radio ID, my Home Telephone Number (my Steaming username), and March 8, 2024 as the trial end date.
    It went on to give me instructions with regard to activating the service.
    However, when I tried to activate the service I was advised that I am not a "SUBSCRIBER". so the service could not be activated.
    I called SirusXM Canada to see why I could not activate the "TRIAL". I was advised that I should not have received this offer.
    Even though I expressed my displeasure regarding this information, I was advised that it was not available to me.

    I started on the 90 day trial and liked the service I was switched into a different truck around 60 days in and so decided to subscribe as so I could change it to that truck then back at work all was good I enjoy the service they gave me 30 days free since I had around 30 days left in the 90 day trial and he said I would have no issue switching back to the other truck then I was switched back into my truck so I called serius said I need to change back to the truck they said no u are on a 30 day trial but it was not a trial it was 30 days free and my first payment was December 21st so now they refuse to switch trucks for me so I canceled the whole subscription this is faults advertising and I still lost my original 30 days of the 90 days left the customer service agent was confusing and not at all helpful so now seruis xm canada has lost me as a customer *** * ******** ***** ** ** ***** ** *** ** **** I lost my original 90 days all because I was willing to fully subscribe **** * **** **** **
