      Virgin Plus has charged me for the same phone number twice every month over the past 12 months. They burned through the $100 balance on the pay as you go plan, and on the same number accepted a prepaid monthly charge for $56 also. I’ve been talking to their managers, but nothing ever gets permanently fixed. ********* ***** ********** ** ****** **** *** **** * ***** *****  The Virgin plus agent who set up the new plan in December 2023 didn’t cancel the old plan but assured me that everything was taken care of.

      The parcel carrying router, tracking number, was delivered to the *** location without a unit number mentioned. Unfortunately, this has led to extreme inconvenience for me, as I am currently in a new country facing winter conditions and needed urgent access to the contents of the parcel. The lack of a unit number has significantly impacted my ability to carry out essential tasks, especially in a foreign environment where assistance is limited.
      To provide more context and facilitate your investigation, I kindly request that you check the shipment history of the aforementioned tracking number.       In Nov 2023 We ordered a new phone, agent 1 - sent with wrong number. Agent 2 said number could not be changed over phone, had to send back. Agent 3 didn't know what to do said they would send bill of lading NOPE. Agent 4 ******* **** no answers I hung up. Agent 5 tried reviewing, typed in wrong info so I got charged for new phone. NOT HAPPENING> Agent 6 - Jan 8 2024 ( Arenz started a ticket to fix issue ******* then by this billing date (Jan 16, 2924) credit would be made.
      Jan 16, agent 7 reviewed notes and still trying to charge for this phone. *** *** ******* ** * ********* ****** *** *** *******

      Been with this company 9 years at the beginning it was great had no issues and now it has completely gone down hill, horrible customer service. They don't credit things back to your account that they say they will and then when you call multiple times they either yell at you or say that they don't want to look into it just wait for the next billing cycle. Cannot wait to cancel

      Iam Virgin Plus Customer.We agreed when baying the internet to 60 dollars plus tax and after a while out uf the blue they started charging me 65 dollars per month..Now i came to my senses and i will pay agreement price 60 dollars.Very bad company.Sending bills whenever they feel like not every month.I have to remember almost every month.

      I had service with virgin plus for long time , paying my bill on time , spreading go0d words about their business butvin return their ***** Agents for one week constantly after asking me millions of questions and promising for their technician comes to fix the problem, **** * ******* , denied any phone conversation. I decided to cancel my service they repeated again, saying they canceled but after I asked for written confirmation, the same game , **** telling me their network is down can't send email .... *** **** **** ***** ** * An internet and phone service is not able send an email ??? I asked send it by your cell , laptop or friend cell .... they belive their customers are stupid, **** ***** *** ******** , they don't send confirmation because simply denied it later .

      I signed up for an online Black Friday deal that included a phone and a 2 year contract. When I called them to check on delivery I discovered they had cancelled my order without explanation, notification or consent. I've gone through I don't know how many agents trying to sort it out and every time it just seems to get worse. I've been told four different stories by four different agents and they've been gaslighting me. I have had no resolution at all and I'm finally going to cancel my account with them totally. A store agent told me that the company got in over its head with their Black Friday deals and can't fulfill them. He said that many other customers have had similar complaints and gotten no resolution either. Would definitely not recommend.

      *** * ******* ** ** ******* when I canceled service in October told the credit overpayment would be done on my November statement when I called told was processed Dec 3 when didn’t show on my credit card account I found out virgin meant processed Dec 3 but has to be authorized by them and can only guarantee will get by Dec 20 . Very misleading. ***** ****** ****** ******** ** ****** **** ****** ***** ************ **** **** *** *** **** ** ** ***** **** ** ** ** **** ** *** ********

      I ordered a phone over the customer service on 11/26/2023 *** * ***** ***** **** ** ******* ** *** ****** I received a confirmation email and I was told that I could pick it up anytime after the afternoon of 11/27/2023 or 11/28/2023, The order number is ********** as in the email. I went to the 8:30 pm store and your male staff argued with me like I am supposed to know what they should know in front of many other people ***** *** **** *** *********** **** **** ** *** ****** After that, I talked to 4 different representatives and I lost another 2 hours and I was told that I should go to the store again or call the store to make them call the upper department etc. I am not doing any of them you must cancel your order or you must correct your mistake, If I cancel something I will cancel my two lines from Virgin and I will never use any service of Virgin ** ***l. Using your services does not have to be left alone with customer care in the Philippines! We live in Canada not in Philipinnes, I have never ordered any phone number from out of Canada. Basically, if you are using Virgin services your customer care is in the Philippines. **** *** ** *** *** *** ******* ***** ** ***** ***** ********** **** *** **** ******** ************** ** *******
