    Amazing and swift service when one of their products failed after a year of use. It was returned, inspected and replaced at no cost to us (except return shipping). All within a few days. with consummate courtesy. Kudos. ***** ** * **** ** *** ****** * **** to the tech who assisted us (Elisha) and her manager, Thanks from *** and ** for your swift attention to ***** issue with *** Arizer Solo 2. The replacement arrived today. I can't say enough about the level of service demonstrated by you and Arizer! Simply Exceptional. Head and shoulders above **** ***** ** ***** ** *** ******** ** ********* *****. It says a lot about the company *** **** ******** ****** Thank you. "

    1) Error codes 5-8 are hidden from customer 2) With faulty devices, reached out to company 3) Error code was 5; they asked three questions: order date, number, and *voltage of charger I’m using* I had been using their charger, but they ONLY asked the voltage, so I looked it up and sent what I thought was the voltage of their device’s charger, since I am a very literal person. Further I thought it would be rude to say “IT’S YOUR ****** CHARGER!” 4) They IMMEDIATELY responded by chiding me for using incorrect charger I sent back a picture of their charger plugged in and explained the situation; my confusion They responded with “You can send it in and we’ll decide if it gets replaced” This feels very much like a way to get out of honoring warranties, * **** ****** ******** * **** *** ** ******** ***** ******** ***** They don’t provide a means for me to review them on their website ***** ****** *** ***** ***** ******* ** **** ***** ************* ** ***** * **** ***** * ** **** *** *********** ************* *****  These are $350 devices that store not being warranted

We pride ourselves on providing the very best customer service and sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. Please rest assured that we have gladly stood behind our products and their warranties for nearly 20 years now, and in no way are we trying to get out of honouring your device's warranty. Your Warranty Claim is still open and once your device is received by our technicians it will be repaired or replaced promptly. Error codes are implemented on our devices as a diagnostic tool to help our service agents quickly and accurately identify the root cause of reported issues. The reported Error codes indicate the presence of a wiring or circuitry issue, and requires further examination in order to assess the root cause, including but not limited to issues with the device, software, charger, battery, use with incompatible chargers, liquid damage, or physical damage due to impact. Many chargers look very similar and it happens from time to time that chargers get mixed up, so to help prevent similar issues from occurring we verify the Output Power Specifications on the charger being used at the time and mention the important of using the correct charger. We sincerely apologize this request wasn't more clear and caused confusion, its a standard part of our troubleshooting process and we will take this as a learning opportunity to improve our communication and service processes. Again, we do hope you proceed with sending your device is to be repaired/replaced under warranty, but please don't hesitate to reach out by email if you have any further concerns or questions and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

    Just wanted to say I so appreciate the amazing service I always receive when dealing with warranty issues or just purchasing new items. The service team has been great with emails and communicating all the time. You don’t always get good customer service in today’s world but you get great customer service with this team.     I purchased a ***** and forgot to order an extra mouth piece. I sent them an email and they answered immediately and included an extra one with the solo3. That saved me $10 shipping. You will not go wrong buying from this company with “above and beyond” customer service.

    I bought an Arizer **** and it works great. I had a small service issue so I contacted them via their support page. The response was within hours and my problem was resolved promptly. Everything is perfect now.

    This company is fantastic! I bought an Arizer Go which had a few months left on the warranty when somehow the latch broke to the battery compartment as I was opening it up. I contacted Arizer, sent a picture of the damage and really was not expecting them to repair it because I never dealt with the company before. To my surprise, they told me to send it to their shop in ******* and said if they can't repair it, they'll replace it. Within a week, I had my repairs Arizer Go unit back. I will continue to support Arizer products forever now. They have the cleanest non-toxic vapor path of any brand or model and the company treats the customer right!

    I needed a warranty/replace on my vaporizer. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and the turn around time was amazing. I will recommend Arizer to my friends. They are a good company to deal with.

    I have the Arizer Argo and I couldn't be happier. I take it everywhere with me, to hotels, on airplanes. (I do not use it on the plane) As far as the company goes, well I LOVE Arizer, they fixed my broken **** under warranty. It didn't break on it's own, I dropped it. They honored the warranty. Great product and awesome customer service!!!!
