    The products are fabulous and I love to support Canadian! My ***** finally gave up the ghost after 3 years of use. I ordered a replacement from Arizer. My order was processed and my product received by *** within 24 hours!! Fastest processing and delivery ever. **** * ***** ***** **** ******* I highly recommend this company!

    I’ve made two purchases from them. Both products are high quality and the customer service was great. My second order arrived with a broken component. They sent me a replacement part without question the next day.

    I’ve only had to use their customer service once before (prior to today). A piece of glass had broken off in the chamber of my device. Since I was concerned, I decided to reach out to their CS. They sent me a prepaid label and they returned my device in about a day, with extra mouthpieces! While I understand that this won’t be the case for everyone, I ordered a device using the wrong code. I then placed another order with the right code. They promptly responded to my email and cancelled the order purchased using the wrong code. I have about 20 devices from around the world. Many of these devices are highly praised. I can easily say that Arizer definitely makes some of the most quality devices and with customer service being as amazing as they are, I am always confident in making a purchase.

    Thanks for the fast and excellent service, I received the replacement **** yesterday just 2 days after I sent back the defective one! Arizer Customer Service is AAAA! in thsi day and age.

    I received my order yesterday and am very pleased with both items. I did however receive a broken adapter. After emailing Support about the situation (including a pic of the item) and asking if I could ship this one back and possibly get a replacement. I was responded to 1st thing this morning by Support letting me know that though Glass parts are not covered under warranty, but since I had received it in this condition they will certainly replace the part for me. I then received a tracking number within a couple minutes for the new adapter. Not only am I Extremely Pleased with my purchase, but their Customer Service to date is Top Notch! Thank you so much for the replacement Arizer! I'll definitely be telling everyone I know who may have an interest, about Arizer's Quality products as well as their Quick and Kind Customer Service.
