  If you ever have problems with your computer, ****** **** is the genius you need to run to!! Based in ****** he can work anywhere in the world. We've been loyal USA Customers for years and wouldn't trust our machines to anyone else. Recently it was discovered that a hacker in ******* had invaded my computer to take money out of my checking account by adding a fake name as a "payee". ****** found the connection which allowed them view EVERYTHING on my computer and removed it. He then worked to secure my PC by introducing a "lock screen" after 20 minutes of inactivity. He then reset my browser in order to clean it and remove any previously stored passwords. Since he knows I'm on my computer daily he also knows I'm not as tech savvy as I need to be so he took the time to go over with me, in detail, what steps I now had to take to make sure my machine was safe. I highly recommend ****** to anyone who needs help with your computer system - he's prompt, thorough and trustworthy.

  ******* T 02/09/2024 I was a normal user of internet and I was hacked (received e-mail). And the same day, I call ****** from infopacket to see if he can do something in that delicate situation. Immediately he took control of my screen and he work fast. He knows exactly what he was doing no doubt about that. Also, in the same time, he explain to me what he was doing. This was very important because for the most of the people we dont really understand how it works. And after a certain time, the work was done with success. I recommend strongly someone who have any kind of issue with computer to call them. Definitely ****** will be able to help. It was professionalism and trust.

  I used ****** for LAN/network problem and he was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through a process of reconfiguring my LAN to get all computers properly talking to each other. He was friendly, efficient, and very flexible - when I had some restrictions I wanted placed on the options for the network, he accomodated them and explained the pros and cons. He will be my go-to person for Windows support from now on. Excellent servcie, reasonable fees, smart analyst and problem solver.

  We have used ****** for a few years now! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He always communicates and explains everything to where a not very savvy technology person can understand! He just recently built us a new server and spent hours making sure everything was working properly! He always responds very quickly when we have to call him because we are having problems and works to get them fixed promptly. We highly recommend ******!

  I have been using *********************, Infopackets since June 2020. Have nothing but great things to say about him and his services. After my local IT guy retired and moved away, my server crashed and my three associates were not able to access our system. I found ****** on the web and left him a short email. He responded within a few minutes and we were back up in no time. Since that initial call, ****** has completely revamped my server with a secure virtual machine, set up a mesh network for my residence and built a desktop for me. Luckily, with the systems that he has in place, I don't have to call him very often. But when I do I can count on prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price. I have complete faith in his ability to keep my network up and running with a high degree of security. I highly recommend *********************, Infopackets. There is no one else that I call.

  THIS IS THE GUY TO GO TO. Came to ****** with my problem after having a scare with some very bad people in the ***********. I sent in my contact form explaining everything to ******, he reached back out to me within a half hour and we were doing the initial call explaining services just over an hour after I had first made contact. ****** truly does understand what to do in these situations, not just to help you get these people to back off and stop, but also in helping you get your mentals corrected as this is a very stressful and traumatizing situation. In my experience, ****** would go the extra mile in making himself available and being very personable which I found really helped in getting my mind back on track. I will forever in debt to ****** for his advice and guiding me through this whole ordeal. Even though the price may be daunting to see at first, you will be saving more in the long run if you think about how much you would instead be tricked into giving these blackmailer criminals. I would also say that it is a small price to pay for saving my career and sanity, because who knows what could have happened if not for ****** help. Like I stated above, ****** is the guy to go to. Thank you again for everything!

  I was more than satisfied. When I reached out to infopackets for help, I was called by Dennis F*** who runs infopackets. I explained to him the problem I was having with my windows 10 updates for the past 6 months. He was familiar with the problem and advised me that he would try to correct the problem, but could not guarantee a solution. He worked with my computer for about an hour and actually was successful in solving the issue. He is very personable and honest. His fee was very fair. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is having computer issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent background in computer science.

  I went to Dennis at a time when I was scared and shaken by very evil people. He immediately brought stability to the situation and showed me a roadmap out of the situation. Not only that, he recognized immediately that I needed reassurance and a guiding hand, and he provided that for me above and beyond his duty. If you're duped by scammers, Dennis is your guy. He knows a lot about the tendencies of these evil people from experience, and he has the tools to help you now and in the future. I am deeply grateful that a friend pointed me in his direction.

  I was referred to Dennis by a friend several years ago by a friend. Although he lives hundreds of miles away and in a different country, I could not be more happy with his services. He patiently explained technical concepts in layman's terms, ensuring that I understand the solutions. Dennis has a very proactive approach.
